If I wear a wig does it mean i'm part of the bald race of peoples?
Dying hair is almost with every culture there is, it's universal color treatment whether it be used with some odd chemicals, or kool-aid.
I stopped doing the bleach n' dye thing. It kills the hair, dye might go on to clothing, and the roots will show up later on. Thus now i'm used to wigs.

I think dying hair is hot. I want to dye my hair this brownish-redish colour. Or i might streak my hair pink or blonde. 4laugh

I dye MY hair.
I don't see anything wrong with that.
Just becase you have a different hair color, doesn't mean that you're not asian anymore.

[ `RAWR ] Is having dyed hair being...less asian? Or not normal? Well, I mean celebrities do it. But not so much for everyday people...? Out of all my friends, I'm the one with the lightest hair. & I've had my hair dyed for like 2 years. This one girl[who was an asian wannabe] told me to dye my hair back because I wasn't being asian with dyed hair. She said I was 'trying not to be asian'. She claimed to be 'helping' me. I was like 'WTF'. I wanted to slap her in the face.
[xxx] she's just crazy

I want to streak my hair but my parents don't allow it. They say if i dye my hair a different colour I will be a different race stare But I don't think I would. I know I'm asian. I know i can't become a different race Because i dyed my hair.

You think too much on that, if you like how it looks on you then there's nothing odd about it. It only depends on certain cases when it's not appropriate for a job or a special occassion-it's not abnormal. It doesn't make you less of an asian or more, you might think it does because you feel your self-esteem go down when people like friends say it's not normal for people to want to dye their hair.

I dyed my hair once. Most of my friend said it looked good. Once I went to school, I made this one friend that thought I was a total heatbag -_-"
Turns out lots of people thought that and now I dont wanna dye it again -_-"
