John sat upon a park bench, enjoying the scenery and feeding the nearby birds some bread crumbs. A tall, humanoid creature sat beside him. This was Brando, John's death god. John's DeathNote was resting peacefully in a travel bag.
"So, I can kill whomever I please by simply writing their name in this book?"
Brando nodded and responded without facing John.
"Correct. I am relatively surprised that you have not taken the life of another yet. The previous owners of that book took quite the pleasure in slaying their eneimes.
John closed his eyes and shook his head.
"They were fools. Why do you suppose they are now previous owners?"
Brando smirked at the witty remark.
"This is the beginning of an interesting partnership."
The two remained silent until the bread was gone, at which point they left the park.

Althien just smiled and turned. "It's all right. They paid for it. They tried to kill me, and in return, their lives were taken. Even if I can never do the things I dreamed of doing, thsi will all make it worth my while." He said, reffering to the death note. Kazu himself looked at Althien with curiosity. 'You never did tell me what you had dreamed to do." he said to him.

Sara looked at him sadly and didn't say anything. She started to get feel alittle weird being so close to the hospital and said,"Sorry, but I'm going to stand outside of the hospital." Rio looked at her curiously, but she gestured for him to be quiet as she walked out of the hospital garden area. She leaned against the wall and sighed.

"What do you plan on using it for?" Julia asked looking at him, "Because L is already looking for Kira and i dont want him to catch you or anyone else for something i did..."

John went back to a police station. After obtaining the Death Note, he felt unsafe in the normal home setting and now lives in a police station. The place, like every other police station if the city, has a reputation of being heavily guarded and possessing highly advanced security, so it was a good deal. There was not much else to do except research on murders and deaths. Other than that, practicing martial arts, weight lifting, firearms training, eating, and sleeping were about the only other things he could do.

Sara sat on the ground looking around at the city. She looked towards the police station starting to feel abit uneasy knowing that there was another Death Note owner. She turned to Rio and asked"Rio? How many Death Notes are there?" Rio looked at her and shrugged. I don't really know. There are too many to count., he said as he sat beside her.

Riyku bounce around behind Julia. can we PLEASE go get my apples now?!? he said impatiantly. "Oh i forgot about that..." She said. She turned to the boy in the wheelchair. "I have to go..." She said smiling. "I need to buy some apples..."

Althien gave a little smirk. "I'm finally gonna give the people that deserve it what's coming to it. But it'll be small. I'll make it look natural. A kill a week or so." He said to her.

Althien nodded, knowing it was a good idea. "You can just call me Blake." He said to her. "Blake alphis." He said. He looked down at his wheelchair in sadness. "It would be nice If I could stand, though." he noted.

Julia smiled, "Well i hope to see you again Blake..." she walked over to Sara, "You still wanna go get apples?" julia asked her as she walked up to her. Riyku jumped around be hind her on his hands, applessssss

"I should. I mean Rio is going to start complaining about wanting an apple soon.", she said as she started to the store. Rio looked at Sara and said, YEAH!!!!!! I'm going to ge an APPLE!!!

As they entered the store Rio ran to the section that had the apples and yelled, I FOUND THE APPLES!!! Sara walked over to him and got a bag full of them. She smiled at him secretly and asked,"How many apples do you usually get?" She directed the question to Julia, but was careful about not saying her name.
