Yes the bad guys are usually the best 3nodding and even if they're not sexy/attractive they're usuallt fun characters. I find the bad guys more interesting usually because they are more interesting characters.

I agree, plus they're badasses so they don't play by the rules. It's too boring if you follow the rules 24/7. Which, like you said, makes them interesting. Most of the time, they have the more amusing power too.
