"Well, he did fight to try and protect this village. Though, in the end, it wasn't enough." Scerin scratched Damon behind the ears. "Besides. You need to make plans. Are you going to rebuild the Mist village? Or are you going to leave it?"

Albireo handed the girl he was caring for over to a medic, going to the house next door and began to break down the door, quickly gaining access to the family trapped inside. He glanced up at Scerin, almost angry at him. "Right now the future of the Village is the least of my worries, right now we need to save as many people as we can. You could help us, or stop yammering away and leave. Preferably the first option."

"Why would I leave it?! Of course I am going to rebuild my village, which is why I need to stay here and help and not run off to the resistance..what would these people think if there mizukage just left them?!" Mizuki said, growing more anxious about the village. She entered through into the same house that Albireo had just entered and helped the family out safely, busting in a wall in the process. She escorted them towards one of the medical areas and then came back to stand near Scerin. "Listen I know he tried to save the village, and was hurt while doing so, and I would like to go see him now that he is critical condition..I just can't leave things here while people are still frightened and trapped in their own homes."

He nodded, and, biting a finger, slammed his hand into the ground. Fire blossomed everywhere, and where it did, red and black wolves appeared, after which the fire vanished. "Find those who are burried! Find those who are hidden and report to the nearest medical unit!" he roared out, loudly. The wolves nodded, and began running about, locating those burried alive beneath objects.

Sai walked down the streets, his hands in his pockets, looking at what damage had been done. "Damn that Resistance Shinobi." He said aloud as he finally reached where the Mizukage was, though accompanied by a few uninjured ninja and some medical squads. As he neared them he pulled one hand out from his pocket and waved to them. "Hello." he said when he was finally within earshot of them.

Scerin shifted, readying in case of attack. b*****d Akatsuki he thought. He hated them. He wished he could take on this guy, but he was pretty sure that he might die if he did.

Albireo exited the house as Sai arrived. He looked him over, recognizing him as the man with the young girl he had fought. "You have some nerve showing up here. And what did you do with that girl? She doesn't seem to be of your... ideologies."

Mizuki pulled out a poison soaked kunai, making it openly know that she would attack him if he tried to do anything. "What the hell are you doing here!" Mizuki already had problems with the akatsuki and their ideas but this most recent attack on the village only made things worse.

"Relax, Relax" Sai began to say to the Mizukage, waving his pale arms in the air like a white flag of surrender. "I mean you no harm. In fact, I am here to make amends; we, the Akatsuki, are indeed sorry for the mishap that has occurred. I am here, alone, to give what help and support I can; which can be a lot, provided you don't attack me for anything. As you may have noticed, I am unarmed." he finished up taking a scroll out of his side pouch and laying it on the ground next to him. Then he took off his pouch and tossed it to the Mizukage. "I hope that you can forgive us and allow me to help in any way I can." he then said, bowing, to the Mizukage and the two others.

The mizukage did not withdraw the kunai. "Why after coming here to destroy my village would you offer help?", Mizuki guessed that the akatsuki were making another attempt at taking kiri over and expanding their empire.

"I only mean to apologize for the mishap that occurred earlier this day. It was foolish of that Resistance shinobi to lose control of himself and nearly destroy what he was protecting and himself to kill one to two people. Again I will give what assistance I can, if you hold no restrictions against me. Any of the other members would apologize they'd attack you for this, all I wish to do is help your village. I can provide shelter for now homeless, and a hospitality for the wounded. Do you accept?" Sai responded to the Mizukage, still bowing. As he lifted his head up, he wonder what he would do if she declined. He obviously wasn't going to attack them. That would ruin any chances she would accept. After his thoughts, he shook them out of his head and then sifted through the Mizukage's own thoughts to see if he could find out if she would let him, but got no useful results.

Scerin still stood ready to attack. "And you shouldn't have attacked in the first place. A member of the Akatsuki attacked, and Taelos defended."

"We did not attack. There was one other Resistance here that had attacked first. Zetsu-han came to defend. The other, Taelos was it?, came thinking that Zetsu-han was an attacker. Mistake. I was returning from my mission and readied myself for a fight on my way back to headquarters. As I stopped for an introduction of Zetsu-han to Takari-chan, that Taelos lost control of himself and shall I say, blew? In addition, he missed, and destroyed much of the village. That is why I am here to help, so you should let me." Sai explained to the young shinobi just eager to die.

he could feel the other's wish to kill him. he grinned. "I wasn't hear, and only have what I saw to go on. And, unfortunately, i don't trust Akatsuki. But my opinion doesn't matter here. It's the Mizukage's decision."
