This time, Azure noticed when Adora started to fade. "What... what's that?" Azure asked, wondering if he was just imagining it. Azure gave Adora a small smile when she kissed him back. "Thanks... so are you." Azure felt, in someway that he didn't understand, dirty inside. He didn't display his feelings for Adora to see though. Azure's gaze moved over to the cookies, "Just have to wait for them to cool now, right?"

She pulled back further, blinking. "whats what?" Adora looked around for something out of the ordinary...everything seemed okay to her. She shook her head and then nodded as she walked to the counter and pulled out a spatula. "Right! Should only be two or three minutes and then we'll be on our way again."

"You just like..." Azure lifted his hands to rub his eyes. "I don't know, maybe it was just the fumes from the oven or something." Azure watched Adora's body to see if it happened again, but it didn't. He still wasnt sure if it had happened at all or if he actually saw something, but they needed to get ready to leave. Azure grabbed another plastic bag and set it on the counter so they'd have something to put the cookies in.

"I...did something?" She now blinked at herself before looking at him, completely missing what was wrong. It had become second nature to her. "We should really get out of here soon if it is the fumes."

"Well no... I don't think its the fumes..." Azure really didn't want to tell her he was imagining things. He had imagined things before when no one else had heard a ton of voices, he had. It was simply unexplainable. Azure also didn't want Adora to think there was something wrong with her either though. "I thought I saw you disappear... sort of... like on the sides." Azure tried his best to explain what he saw. "crazy huh"

Blink...blink..."Ohhh!" She laughed softly, shaking her head. "Thats my power Azure! Whenever I get like, embarrassed or the like, I fade a bit. I can do it on will..." A hand lifted infront of her, slowly becoming transparent, a haze of pink before seeing a blurr of blue behind it. "But I can't stop it when I blush." The hand solidified again.

"Oh!" Azure exclaimed suddenly coming to an understanding. He wasn't imagining anything at all. Though he still wondered if he had imagined those voices he heard the last time he was in the forest. Azure blushed slightly at the knowledge that she had been embarassed when he kissed her. He wasn't sure if it was normal for girls to get embaassed like that. "Does it just become invisible, or could I run my hand through it?" Azure asked curiously.

"Depends on how far along it is. But yeah, you can run your hand through." She giggled before picking up the plastic bag and getting to work with transfering cookies into it. "It scared daddy sssoooo bad at first, he thought I was literly fading from existance! Ran me over to the House of Healing so fast..."

Azure could see how it would scare Tristen. "Thats understandable. I was scared too. Well more scared that I was losing my mind, but still..." Azure chuckled. Azure imagined how funny it would be to run all the way to the healing house just to find out it was your power. "Wow, looks like we're all ready to go." Azure said, smiling brightly.

Adora giggled. "Sorry. I guess I'm just sorta used to it by now. Don't think to explain it to others." She finished up transfering the cookies and zipped up the bag to plop it into the basket. She looped an arm through the handles. "Yup!" Her free hand moved to the side to catch Azure's, lacing their fingers. "All ready."

"Its alright. " Azure laughed and smiled at Adora. Azure watched Adora take the basket and shook her head. "There isn't any way that you're carrying that. Let me." He told her, as he took the basket out of her grip and carried it with his hand that was free from Adora's clasp. "Yeah, we're ready now." Azure agreed as he led Adora out of the kitchen then out of the headquarters. "Any idea where we should go?" he asked her.

"Azure!" She laughed as he plucked the basket away, but didn't fight for it back as he led the way out. "You're going to spoil me rotten like this." Adora grinned as she gently gripped his hand in hers. "Yeah. I was thinking perhaps up in Aura Nin Mountains. Shageki told Uncle Dameon who told daddy who told me about a path leading up. Perfect view of the whole island. Then again, we could probably just fly up there."

Azure arched his eyebrows. "Pshh, you don't know spoiled, trust me." Azure chuckled as he thought of Trager. "This is nothing, I'm just being polite." he swung the basket back and forth in his arms. Azure thought of the location she had mentioned, he had never heard of it before, but he was sure Adora could lead him there just fine. Then he heard that word... and it was followed by a giant gulp emitted from his throat. "Fly..." Azure fluttered his wings, he had never thought of trying that before.

"I don't think that I would know if I was spoiled or not if I was...concidering its what you've always known." Adora angled her body towards the mountains, nodding. "Fly. You know, its funny...not many pae actually...fly. They walk everywhere...and do climbing or swimming or jumping down big holes when they can jut sorta, fly."

Azure shook his head. "Well you're not. So now you know." Azure offered her a light smile. Azure had to agree with her, he had never seen many flying even though all, or at least most of them had wings. "Yeah, well I'd be one of those Pae. I walk and I swim. Flying... well thats something I haven't tried." Azure watched how she angled her body and mimiced her stance. "Did it come natural to you your first time?" Azure asked, afraid that he'd leap into the sky and then fall flat on his face, embarassing himself in front of Adora.
