What counties are you from? D:
For a minute I thought Orillia was close to here but then I looked at a map.. for some reason I thought it was more southern. D:

kapernikiss13 hey ppl im from ont canada too my band went to florida last year although i wish we could have stayed were did ur band go last year ...anyone?? Crazy. I'm from Ontario and my band went to Florida last year TOO! Well, not last year last year, but April 2006. It was a ton of fun.

Webs anyone here doing band kiwanis? (in ottawa) Hey my band's doing kiwanis this year too! I don't know if it's in Ottawa though. Actually I have no idea where it is. Do they do kiwanis in any other town?? 'Cause if not, I'm probably going to Ottawa!! YAY

D: I dont remember ontario having counties. Near me we have townships thats about it. The answer to your question I live in Orillia

Is everyone from Canada? Cause it seems like alot are. I'm not sure if I've posted in this thread or not, but I'm from Australia. Yes, we do have marching band in Aus. The one I'm in is made up of students from all around New South Wales attending government schools (years 7-12). We rehearse once a month, and it's great to see the country kids.

I was from Germany but all of the band competitions I heard about were military DODDS ones.

I'm actually in a brass band called Brisbane Brass, but we march several times a year, mostly at contest but also at things like Anzac Day. Mine is a community band though, and is made up mostly of adults (I'm the second youngest in the band and I jsut turned 19) but we're currently no. 3 in Aus, so go us!

I live in Japan, Asia seems to be fairly underrepresented here. Our school hosted the AMIS international honor jazz band last year, I don't know if any of you guys are in international schools, so that could mean nothing to you... XD
