Miangel Mouspad I am in Washington. On the little island next to Seattle. i am only in the Oak Harbor Middle School concert band and Jazz Band. We did this really awful Jazz Festival, and like always, and i hear this alot, i say we did awful when we did great. We got Superior markings at competition for our concert band. Right now my biggest fear is the High School is audition only, i hope i can be ready. I know where Oak Harbor is! Well, kinda. I've heard of it, in any case. I'm from Lynnwood (land of the strip malls xd ), which is also in Washington. About a half hour north of Seattle. hey, im from washington too...sept im on the whole other side of washington then yall... tri-cities you prolly might have heard of it.. near hanford.. richland kennewick pasco.. ya anyways.. i dunno

angel_of_music001 Bengal Regiment Lakewood High school Colorado. My marching band started practice last May. hey, i use to live in colorado.. all over colorado actully lived in lakewood too but i was still in elementry when i lived there lived in arvada... thats where i started the wonderful path of band.. lol ya anyways jus trying to meet ppl so like ya jus thought i'd say that and im jus gunna end this now before i make an even bigger fool of my slef

wicked_13 what exactly is the Husky Band Day???? Basically every year the Huskies invite, oh, 50-60 bands from all around Washington to come down and play the halftime show. All the bands get the same music, and then you go down way before the game starts and practice with all the other bands a bunch, since obviously it'd take a lot of work to get that many people to play together. Then at halftime all the bands go out on the field and play together. It's really cool, plus you get into a Husky game for free. smile

As far as I know, yeah. I don't think I've ever heard of a middle school going....

Sympatique I'm from good ol' Utah! Anyone else from Utah???? I'm a Mountain Crest Guard member! anyone?............anyone? crying A school I've heard of!! I'm from Orem Golden Tiger Elite Marching Band( a mouthful I know) We've been kicking trash in the 3A in Utah. Woot!

The next smallest band in the district has about 120 people. x.x;; It's really kinda sad. But that's okay - we have fun in our tiny little band family!

I've never seen a band that small! That's crazily small...My band has been growing every year for about 10 years I think..We started out in 1A When my brother was a sophmore (7 years ago) When I'm a junior(next year) We'll be a Open Class band...wowzerz

Band Day is fun but hectic we love doing that particular Husky Huddle beacause all the highschools are watching us before the game. GO DAWGS!!!

MHHornfreak I'm in the University of Washington Husky Marchingband!!!! Band Day is fun but hectic we love doing that particular Husky Huddle beacause all the highschools are watching us before the game. GO DAWGS!!! Awesome! I wanted to be in the UW marching band for a long time, until I realized that I would never make it into UW with my craptastic grades. I'm aiming for Cornish now - that's more the type of thing I'm good at anyway.
