Shannaro is more of something you hear Inner Sakura say, or Sakura say when she's mad or trying to pump herself up. It really has no translation, put people make it into "Hell yeah! Chya! Yeah!" anything like that. It's a forceful word.
Dobe really doesn't have an English translation either XD We use "Dead last" "stupid" "moron" and "idiot."
Dattebayo DEFINENLTY doesn't have a translation, and yes Naruto says it all the time-- Dattebayo, 'tebayo, datte, whatever he feels like saying. It's just his language-- there IS no word for it. People just wanted to give him a stupid catch phrase. -___-

I know Dattebayo doesn't mean anything, deffinately.
Ohhh... maybe they did put in 'shannaro' in one of the english translations... I remember seeing it somewhere...
And dobe... well I'm just saying, unlike Dattebayo, which doesn't mean anything at all, dobe is like the equivalent to 'loser' 'idiot' 'insert some other insult'. Yeah.

Your typing skills didn't fail XD I've just studied japanese so I have a bit of an idea of how the language works. The words my be akin to OTHER words, but that doesn't mean they have a translation-- it's like slang, I guess.
I can call you ohaeoge, and mean something mean by it, and eventually you'll realize it, and it'll be a slang between us-- that's kind of what dobe is, we just know collectively that Sasuke doesn't feel Naruto deserves an actual WORD for his "moronic-ness" XD
