So Davey was right they at least ment something, he would have to keep an eye out for such things in the future "And what might these orders beh? I have never heard of then, nor have I heard of takhisis" Davey decided it would be best to learn all he could of Raist's magic incase he needed to recognize it in the future, he wasn't fool enough to believe Raist was harmless to him, Davey may be immortal for the most part, but he didn't figure having magic used against him would be pleasant

Raistlin considered the question. What harm was there in explaining the orders? They had nothing to do with his plans, or his being here. He shrugged "There are three orders the mages follow. Or at least the ones who want to reach their full potential. Lunitari, of the white robes, serve good. Solinari, of the red robes, is neutral, and Nuitari, of the black robes, serve darkness." He paused, before explaining the Takhisis rune. "Takhisis, the most beautiful goddess ever to grace the other plane. Also, the most malicious, evil, caniving, devious, dastardly, that ever conned their way onto the earth's plane" he smiled briefly. "She was my....host, for many years" he said with an unwilling shudder.

"I see," said Davey nodding, interesting, "Which order did you follow?" Raist certainly wasn't the kind to not do something if doing it meant more power

"I...followed many orders" he said lightly, before erupting into a coughing fit, covering his maw with a robed sleeve. It lasted a long time, since he'd gone so long without a fit. He fished frantically for his tea, cursing wherever he had placed the container. After what seemed like an eternity, he found it. It was so soothing, the releif was instant. His ears laid back soothingly. "My...apologies" he said after a moments rest. His voice was coarse, coughing was hard on his throat.

Davey waved away the apology he was more interested in Raist's motives "Ye spent time with each then? Learning their secrets each in turn?"

Raistlin chuckled lightly, smirking softly "you could say that" He said softly, still nursing a sore throat. "I was never really one for the white robes however...." he nodded, and shrugged, adjusting his current red robes. Neutral. For the moment, it suited his purpose. Then again, here....the robes did not apply. His smirk grew at that thought. How...convienent.

Davey nodded, he could see why the 'good guys' wouldn't truly accept Raist if he had been with the 'bad guys', Raist was very interesting to Davey, they were similar in so many ways and surely could be of use to each other, this was certainly a fortunate happen stance, Davey continued walking down the beach, he had nothing to say yet, most had been asked but he quite enjoyed the walk

Raistlin followed Davey, head down in thought. He padded along, his mind wandered to his sister. What became of Kitiara? Did she still lead armies, or had her lifestyle finally caught up with her. He sighed

Davey heard the sigh and turned to Raist but he could tell it would be best not to ask
Valis was running threw the forest chasing a butterfly when she heard voices not far off, the trees broke on either side of her and she was faced with the ocean, oh wow, Pretty! then she spotted Davey and a kitsu she had never seen before with a pretty red outfit on "Davey!!" she raced over to the two skidding to a stop inches away throwing sand at both of them in the process "Hi!" her tails wagged feverishly "Wow that is such a pretty robe! Where did you get it? My name is Valis what is your name?"
"Hey now lass, we aint be invitin you to our little chit chat, yeh best be on yer way chasing bugs or whatever yeh do, we aint got time for yeh" Davey scowled at her, she was always so happy it got on his nerves, he would do away with her if he could but it would cause more problems than she was worth

Raistlin heard Valis approach, long before she showered them both in sand. Before she got there, he'd pulled his hood down, to shadow his features. He growled at the stream of questions that seemed to spew forth from this creatures mouth without any sort of filtration. He took a step back, holding his staff to him. "Its not an outfit" he said with an unseen scowl "They're my robes". He could tell, before the end was near, he would end up hurting, or at least trying to, this...Valis.

Davey knew this could get bad but maybe if he wasn't the one who killed her it would be ok? ... no he's here watching ... he would get blamed for not doing anything.... well it wouldn't hurt to let her get ruffed up at least
Valis chuckled "Of course they are silly, thats what i said" she beames at him "At Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry we always had to wear robes, but none so pretty as yours!" she paws at the material to see how soft it was "You remind me of the headmaster there he had robes and a staff too ... i think..." she trailed off in thought trying to remember, she always pictured him with one cause it seemed like he would have one but she wasn't really sure

Raistling frowned, and stuck out his staff to block her 'pawing' He wasnt one who liked to be touched. "Dont.Touch" he simply said, with a light growl and a draw back. He watched Valis though his hourglass eyes, he was glad she couldnt see his face. Lords know what she'd say about that. He chuckled lightly.

Valis giggled "Aww are you shy? It's ok i don't bite!" She plopped herself down next to raist and leaned in closer to him "you don't need to be shy around girls" she beamed and twisted her head around to try and look under his hood
Davey sat down, this could be very entertaining

Raistlin couldnt help but smirk, however unseen the motion went. Being an Anthro, he had the vantage of height. He hissed, and conjured a small dragon in his palm, holding it infront of his hooded face "Ah, but i do" he said with a growing smirk

"ooooh pretty!" Valis smiled happily, they had illusion spells at Hogwarts too and magic was something she was used to she waved her wand and whispered a few words and a small and somewhat crudely made but similar dragon appeared in the sand before them "hmm need more practice but close!" She giggled
Davey shook his head, boy was she dence
