She nodded into his shoulder before pulling away, still smiling. Nothing stopping them. Well, except maybe her father again. The female tried not to think about it, her father had always been too kind for such behavior. Or at least, to her he was. Dyas settled down beside azure and picked up one of her rocks and throwing it at the river to try and make it skip. Obviously enough with the current, it skipped once and immeditly sank.

Azure hadn't liked telling Dyas those sort of things about her father. He didn't feel it was right to ruin her idolic image of him. What he told her was nothing short of the truth, but that didn't change how he felt. Azure watched the rock skip once across the water's surface, he had never tried or learned how to do that. Azure chuckled as it sunk, "You did better then I would."

Her eyes flicked to him as the stone fell, lightly blushing. Slowly she picked up another flat rock and picked up one of his hands to gently place the thing in it. Dyas then pressed down on his fingers to grip it, and shifted to sit behind him while pulling his hand closer to his chest.

[That would drive any straight guy crazy XD]

Azure looked back at Dyas from over his shoulder and blushed so much his face became red and he could feel the heat rise to his cheeks. Azure quickly switched his gaze back to the river so he could focus... focus... there was no point even trying to focus on throwing the rock now. "I've never tried this before." Azure admitted, trying to talk about the rock. Azure took slow and deep breaths trying to calm the nerves that had recently shown up, Azure wasn't used to this sort of feeling of nervousness. "So I just throw it now?" Azure asked his voice on the edge of becoming shaky.

Dyas nodded, her head hovering above azure's shoulder, hand steady on his. This close, she could feel his body heat, her own form lightly touching his angelic wings. Deep breath. Focus. Her free hand came up to gently grip his other arm, steadying him as she quickly snapped both of their other hands forwards towards he river.

OOC: XDD its so cute. Raken would have a heart attack if he saw.

The feathers on Azure's wings fluttered ever so slightly when he felt Dyas leaning lightly against them. He was so unbelievably nervous and he knew it was from Dyas. Azure couldn't understand why she was making him nervous. She had never done it before the past few times he had been with her. Why now? A small voice in the back of his mind, that sounded an awful lot like Raken, was telling him to stop right now, but Azure strangely didn't want to. With one swift movement he and Dyas flung the rock across the water's surface and it skipped twice before sinking. "Wow, there, we did it." Azure side glanced at Dyas whose face was so close to his and smiled warmly at her. He leaned his face closer to hers and then touched his lips to her warm cheek. Azure quickly pulled back, surprised of his own actions, but mostly to look at Dyas since she couldn't voice her opinion. Azure's cheeks glowed bright red.

[With the way Raken is I would think worse then a heart attack. So cute.
He wanted to, but I kept telling him it was too soon.]

Warm lips pressed against her cheek, her eyes slowly traveled to him as realization of the action gradually came. Did...did he just...her dual colored eyes widened slightly, staring in surprise and disbelief as the smile that had formed at their success died. The hand on his quivered ever so lightly, her heart nearly forgetting to beat. She could feel the soft pressure where it had been on her cheek still. Did he...did he really...the hand on his arm tightened and she leaned forwards to gently kiss azure's cheek, lips gliding faintly over the softly pink and blue skin. The other hand slipped up to his shoulder as she pulled away, her own face hot. Dyas quickly stood up to take a step back. For once, even if she had the option to, she had nothing to say.

OOC: lol, yeah, he'd right up and die on spot. xd Dyas was actually tossing the idea back and forth whether to do that under the waterfall, but in the end her shyness won out

[Raken would (from my guess) take a moment from his death to kill Azure first and then die.
Azure was tempted under the waterfall, and then this time. And I told him no both times because she just became a teen and isn't even an official one yet. But I deceided to let him have one tiny one and edited.]

Azure watched as the smile faded from Dyas. Oh no. Oh no, no, no, no. He had just kissed her, even as small as it was it made things ten times more complicated, and her smile was gone. Azure's heart kept on skipping beats and he could feel it hammering away at his chest. Several times he thought it had stopped and that his heart would need to be jump-started. Azure didn't know what to say. His first thoughts were to apologize for whatever had swept over him, but then the most unexpected happened, she kissed him back. Azure stared straight ahead for a moment trying to register what had happened. As Dyas stood up he took a moment to let his body cool down. He gulped and his eyes traveled to Dyas, now what.

For a while...she just looked at him, eyes steady on his as her sharp mind worked painfully slow to get back on track. Why...was she still blushing? How come she felt like this? Was she sick? Her eyes slowly lifted to the sun, its bottom touching the horizon. So quickly...too quickly...Dyas took a deep breath and extended a hand to help azure up, a small smile on her lips. First and formost...he was her friend. Complicated feelings aside, gender aside, even her father aside...he was her friend.

OOC: unless he thinks that it would be better for him to live on with Dyas blaming azure for his death. XD and you're so nice

Azure could clearly remember one of the rules Raken had set for him, now that he had broken it. He was only allowed to love Dyas in that sister-brother kind of way. Azure had never expected there to be any more, but he wasn't sure if he could pass off his actions as mere friendlyness. Azure had to work hard to push all these frightning thoughts out of his mind. He didn't want to lose Dyas because of something he did. Azure looked from the setting sun to Dyas' extended hand. "Is it time?" he asked her, his smile fainter then hers. Azure was scared of all that would happen if Raken found out.

[Die and let Azure suffer worse then death. That's smart and evil.]

She nodded slowly, sadly. Back to her father. But it should be alright. It was just a cheek kiss, it didn't mean anything, right? She repressed a wince. Well...it did for her...Raken would be so disapointed. But! As long as it was just her, nothing would progress like that, and her father would have nothing to worry about. But come to think of it...where did the shadow bird go?

OOC: lol, sounds like something he'd do. He's not evil, but he dislikes azure with a passion

Inhaling and exhaling deeply, Azure took Dyas' outreached hand and laced his fingers between hers. He slowly stood up to his full height. There was no way Raken would know... right? Dyas meant the world to him. He didn't regret kissing her at all because he meant it, but it wasn't worth losing her forever. Azure was at a loss for words when ever he tried to say something to Dyas. It seemed it was time for them to finally leave this forest haven she had shown him. "Thank you... for taking me here Dyas." Azure finally spoke after several moments of silence.

The female softly blushed as she felt his fingers slip between her own, eyes following him as he stood. Azure... She smiled again, giving one nod of her head. She was glad to take him here...she just didn't want to go now. Dyas took a deep breath herself and softly squeezed his hand before turning back towards the direction of home. Maybe next time...she would be able to show him the sunset too.

Azure hated the uncertainty of not knowing what would happen when they left their forest cover. He turned to look down at Dyas when he felt her squeeze his hand. Her cheeks were red and Azure could only imagine that he looked the same from the warmth he felt. Azure followed Dyas through the forest since he didn't know how to get back. His eyes flickered over her every once in a while just to make sure she was okay. "Are you alright?" Azure asked her after he had broken from his thoughts of what would happen.

If there was a next time. The absence of the bird was beginning to worry her, but really, judging the time it was around where it should have desintergrated on its own. Then again, Raken would know at that instant and create another one to send back-The female jumped as azures voice registered, gaze snapping to him as she was pulled from her thoughts. 'are you alright?' She blinked and nodded slowly, even smiling a bit for him. No need to make him more worried then he already was, especially about her. Dyas silently wondered if she should...would it be alright if she...The girl gently moved against him to lightly bump the male playfully. Maybe...just maybe...everything would be alright
