Tsai smiled firmly. "Psyche!" he turned tail and began to walk towards the chair. "You should rest up, Seireitei could be attacked at any moment, no point in wasting energy on each other at such a crucial point Hokosaki-kun," Tsai taunted the newly adopted noble. That taunt would cause the anger to be shifted to Tsai, but it wasn't serious anger like what Kaosu had displayed when talking to the nobleman, just....anger at the most friendliest of forms (Dx). It had been also awhile since Tsai had been around people who he could actually communicate with face to face, his personality had changed a bit. "So how've things been here? Improve on anything with the teachers?" Tsai asked as he sat down on one of vacant chairs with his arms crossed.

::Medixia furrows her brow. Haro hadn't caught on at all. As he bumps past her, she does have one more thing to say.::
Not listening to your doctor's words not to move around could be considered doing something wrong. I said before you all went out not to come back too bloodied. I'd thought you were smarter than that.
::Silently, as she stands back up. "...was I wrong?" She looks around the room before staring at her hands. She has a very obvious scowl on her face as she looks at the blood. She didn't know what was up with Haro's weird symbols or anything that had happened to his body, but it's obvious to her that she'd wasted her effort. Walking over to a wash basin, she wonders, really wonders, if Haro was paying attention to anything that was going on. As she scrubs the blood off her hands, she wonders what patient next.::
Trying to keep the peace isn't always stopping a fight. If he'd mediated, things could have gotten worse. Gah...
::"I know he's not stupid, but he's not acting very rational." With a yawn, she tries to take stock in how many people she's saved or pronounced today. Things really are annoying. Things are hard around here, and some brat decides to show everybody how big a mouth he has. She doesn't know the results exactly, but she has a feeling everything ended peacefully. She'd already noticed how Haro's words only spurred Kaosu a little more. "Gah... These men are making things so difficult around here. It's like I was in Rukongai all over again." She looks around hoping to spot Yukie-taichou. After a moment, she rubs the back of her head with her, once again, clean hands.::
Saigo and Haro are taken care of, so that means all the students are fine. Though, Haro does enjoy disobeying doctor's orders.
::She shrugs.::
Gotta give him credit, at least. He's reckless. A bit jumpy, too.
::She spies the various injured of Rukongai. The medical staff is doing a good job. What else did she expect? With a thoughtful sigh, she walks over to one particularly nasty looking injured. "You are one lucky soul. Your injured, but it's not fatal." She sighs and rubs the bridge of her nose. This is just one, nasty situation all around.::

He had been paying full attention to everything that was around them, but it would seem Medixia was too stubborn to see any ways but those that were her own. He had a glare fixed to is head as he sat against the wall in the corner, his black skin a d dark burgandy blood a side effect of what had happened to him, it wasn't the funnest of things, but it happened, and he was alive, so he had to be thankful. He stood up and he got over himself, not caring if he was moving, he felt alright. He walked over to where Medixia was helping someone else now and he nodded to her. "Medixia." He said through gritted teeth, still mad at her. "Thank you." He stated before he continued on. He walked right out of the building and sat outside in the entrance area against the wall, allowing the wind to tustle his hair.

As the tense situation in the ward began to cool off Kaela kept thinking to herself that she suddenly would regret being here. Even though she had vowed to do her best, she just didn't like the relationships that shinigami had amongst themselves. Even thinking that relations between cats and dogs looked better. Or perhaps it was cold feet. Nervous of the amount work before her? Nervous of having the lives of others in her hands? She started to wonder if she was doing the right thing. "This isn't as easy as protecting my little sister, is it?" She wondered aloud to herself, looking around seeing so many injured. She was right. She can't help many people as she is now, but she can at least do something one person at a time. Kaela approached one of the medical team members, she was about to try to volunteer whatever help she could.

Kenji growled standing there watching the situation die out as he sighed and watched the others his friends, classmates, allies out in the battlefield he had to be able to count on these people more than anything and trust his leaders orders as well, but first he needed to be ready for the battlefield. "I'll be outside." He said sighing and walking outside he looked at his Zanpaktuou. "I hope i'm ready." He said as he unsheathed it and began to practice with it learning it's weight and move quickly and swiftly. He still knew he would have to learn Kidou but for now he needed to get ready physically for the fight ahead he moved quickly as if dodging other attackers and slashed the air.

As she walked towards the medical staff she passed by the doorway and saw that same man walking off. Kaela just barely caught his glimpse in her peripheral vision. But from that glimpse her attention was suddenly redirected at the man who had just chewed out his brethren with his claim of cowardice. She wanted to know why now. Kaela hadn't been there for the attack that caused the seireitei lock down so she didn't know completely what was going on. But she wanted to know why it was so bad that it caused him to act so harsh. It's not like she could leave anyway.
She went after him. Trying to run in a kimono and wooden sandals, her pace was but a mere jog. If only she knew his name she could have gotten his attention much easier. Still, being outside and within earshot she just blurted out, "Please, wait!"

The man slowly moved away from the 4th division, making his way back towards his home. A light tune played upon the wind-Of course, no one but he could hear it. All of those years gone by, and still his gift was in full effect. But that couldn't quiet his mood...he was angry...so many memories of that time flooding into his mind at once...
~*~*~
"You killed them!"
"Why did anyone ever follow you-WHY?!"
"Why couldn't you save my son-TELL ME WHY!!"
"Leave here, Kaze...and do not return..."
~*~*~
"GAH!" He had stopped, turning towards the wall to his right, his fist connecting to it with all it's strength...
How could he...have let this happen? How could he fail so many more once again?
As the wall before him cracked from the blow, he heard someone calling...and as he looked, one of those occupying the medical clinic was following him. He spoke not a word, merely looking back towards the wall for a moment, and then turning, about to continue on his way again.

Kaela continued to attempt to chase the man down. As he turned his sight towards her she could see there was more than anger on his face. She felt a nervous feeling in her gut about approaching him. But she had to press on. It was more than her curious mind motivating her now. She wanted to know for herself that she was in the right place. She felt that somehow he would have some of the answers to what a shinigami, no, what a warrior is. What it means to fight for a reason.
Unusually high expectations from this girl as she approached closer to him. She was close enough now to speak to him without projecting her voice. Softly she spoke hoping she would get him to stop and turn to her: "Please tell me why did lash out at them? Was there something more that happened than what you said in there?" Her voice was somewhat timid, yet she continued: "It can't be as simple as just that." It was almost as though she sounded afraid of what might happen if he responded. Though her voice sounded frail, her face was strung with determination as she looked straight at his back. "I'm Aihara, Kaela. Won't you tell me who you are?"

The man did not speak, stopping in mid-step as she addressed him. Her tone was afraid, but her words were sure. As he listened, he could see the determination in her words...and that caused him to turn partway, but refused to face her as he spoke.
"You address me with a lack of respect, miss-You do not inquire on someone's words, lest you know them truly well. And I'm afraid I have no answer to one such as you at this moment." But as he began to turn again, he felt a twinge of regret...but that passed quickly, though it lingered in his mind...
After a moment, facing away from her again, his head lowered, and he sighed calmly. "But...your inquiry of my title is honorable enough a request to fill. My name is Ryū - Ryū, Kaze. I am of the Noble House of Ryū." And so, the man would become known to her as Ryū, Kaze. He was a stranger no more.

"Must go faster." He kept pushing himself, he had to be strong as this dark cloud decended onto this place this home of his.

"Ryū-san!" She replied as he gave his name. Her voice was still weak but she continued: "I will find out the truth. Because I know that everyone has their reason for fighting here. I swear I will find out about you!" She looked way too sure of herself for the way she was speaking. But then perhaps this girl had a trump card that she could use? If this was just a front then she wasn't doing it well at all. It would be downright ironic, she thought, if when she became a shinigami that this man would be her captain. Regardless, she didn't back down. In fact, her eyes now looked like they do just before she would get into a street fight. If her sister saw that now, she'ld probably scream out "Kae-neechan! You idiot! You can't fight someone with a sword! You'll get hurt!" But what did he really think about this girl? Not even a grown woman yet, looking at him like she was ready for a fight. Her body was tensing even though her mind was screaming off warnings. Her eyes locked on him, it seems she started to even smile a little. Her instincts sought out and enjoyed the danger, almost like a lust for it.

Haro had already been seated outside after walking out from being mistreated in his eyes. He stood there with a smirk on his face, his pitch black skin melding in with the white symbols that moved and covered his whole body except his face and hands. He smirked as he stood there and walked towards to two of them. He was a superior in the case, at least he was pretty damned sure of it and he took a deep breath as he looked around. "So...I have something to ask as he took his dual bladed scythe off of his back. He had a very unusual zanpakutou indeed, but it looked fierce, as it was. He smirked as he looked ahead of him and he shook his head as he looked to the man, he had overheard his name. "Ryu Haze huh? Listen, I know you are a noble, and i am speaking here in a calm, respectable tone, so don't get mad. But, listen Haze...you need to learn that if you don't work with a team, the team won't work with you, you will be all alone out there with nobody to save you when you need it. Or to save anyone else around you who needs it. You're better off just trying to fit in with us, I have already forgiven you, as long as you are willing to forgive me as well." He said with a nod, holding his zanpakutou out in front of him as he glanced over his shoulder at the girl. "Listen little miss. Coming from someone who has been around here a little longer then you, I will give you a small tad of advice." He said with a smirk. "Save real conflict for meaningful purposes, do not try and fight someone to find out more about them, conserve your energy...we are in the middle of a war right now. You will need it. I won't have needless fights around here." He said with a gentle smile as he stood there with his zanpakutou.

The way she spoke and regarded him was a bit amusing now, Kaze thought to his self. It was as if she couldn't quite understand, yet she wanted to...he had known many like that. And when she said she would find out the reason, he was fully taken aback by it-Giving off an expression as if he were struck. He was shocked-This woman did indeed have nerve...but whether or not that was a bad thing, he could not tell for sure. And for a moment, he almost wished to laugh-She seemed so intent upon this that he couldn't even bother to scold her...
"You certainly are the odd one out, aren't you?" He turned to look at her for a moment, sighing, and then raised his hand, shaking his head, "Such strange people occupy the Seireitei these days..." It was almost like he was back home...and for a moment, he relished the feeling. He hadn't been home in so long...tho there was no real home left to go to. All that remained now was boards and rabble, having been destroyed oh so long ago...How he wished it hadn't been so. But then, it was his folly that lead to that, so he believed...it was his fault those who had followed him had suffered...Oh how he longed to correct the mistakes made at that time so long ago...he would still be emperor...and the 79th would suffer as it did so now...

"Save real conflict for meaningful purposes." The voice of this person echoed in her head. He was right; she concluded as her train of thought settled down. And this was no way for a new student to make a name for herself. She looked away from Ryū for a moment as she thought to herself, "but how will I know when I'm fighting for the right reasons?" She looked a bit upset as she turned her eyes towards the person who had just scolded her. Then she looked at Ryū as if to say "I want you to hear this too." She closed her eyes and bowed: "I'm sorry."
Quite a 1st day indeed.

Once again, Kaze was taken aback by this. It was strange, this girl taking this so seriously. He allowed himself a small smirk as he turned his head back towards the road ahead.
"Tsh, you act as if I am easily offended by your words..." He sighed, shaking his head, "Well then...What is it you wish from me, besides an answer that I cannot give?"
