Tenchi stood there astounded for a moment. Tenchi was suddenly snapped out of his astoundedness when a giant wave of ocean water fell over him and got his face wet. Tenchi stood there shaking for a few moment's before he began to head back to the shrine. Tenchi thought, ' She felt the same way as i do? I havent felt loved like this for a long time. Maybe grandpa could help me.'

As Tenchi came to his grandfather's house near the shrine, Tenchi entered the front door and was greeted by his grandfather's Cabbit. Ryo'Ohki. Tenchi bent down and said, " Hey there Ryo'Ohki, Is grandpa around?" Ryo'Ohki smiled and let out a few meow's. Tenchi then took his shoe's off and headed up to his room where he fell flat on his bed and thought to himself, ' Oh man, Starr probably knew i was embarressed. I still have to get ready for tonight.' Tenchi slipped off his wet trunk's and put on some boxer's. He then began to search through his closet and found a shirt that had a pictuir of his hometown and slipped it on. Tenchi then began to look for some comfortable short's when his grandpa entered the room and said, " Tenchi, You busy?" Tenchi fell onto the floor and hit the back of his head. Tenchi stood up holding the short's and said, " Grandpa, Knock before you enter next time!"

Tenchi looked at his grandfather and said, " Grandpa, Could you and Ryo'Ohki please prepare a picnic for me? Im bringing a friend to the hill that overlooks the shrine and im really trying to impress her." Yosho looked at Tenchi and said in a happytone, " Ok, Who's your date?" Tenchi blushed as he said, " It's Starr." Yosho smiled and said, " Then it will be no problem at all." Yosho left the room and Tenchi finished getting dressed. Tenchi the walked down the stair's and put his shoe's back on and exited the house. Tenchi began to walk to Starr's house and thought, ' Starr will enjoy this night. I can assure that right now.'

As Tenchi came up to Starr's house, He saw her standing outside and said, " Hey Starr, Ready to head to the shrine?"

Tenchi then took Starr's hand and said, " It isnt that long of a walk, I need to pick up the stuff for the picnic tonight from the step of my grandpa's house before we head up to the area though." Tenchi then smiled and thought, ' Tonight will be the best night for Starr even if it kills me.'

Tenchi smiled as they approached his grandpa's house. On the front porch was a basket the had a tablecloth wrapped inside of it. As Tenchi picked it up, He thought, ' I sure hope that Grandpa remembered that me and Starr are still minor's.' Tenchi then walked back to Starr and held her hand once again. They both began walking and after a few minuite's, Tenchi and Starr came to the hill that overlooked the city. Tenchi pulled out the tablecloth and set it on the ground. Tenchi then spread the food onto it and him and Starr sat down looking at the night sky. Tenchi then said, " I always come to this spot, Especially after my grandma passed on. This spot always has comforted me whenever i was sad so i am lucky to have a grandfather who lives in the mountain's. How do you like the view?"

Tenchi smiled slightly and said, " It is ok, She died of old age and left me her kimono and umbrella so that i could remember her just like she was. Im glad that you like the view, I found this place the day after my grandma passed away and so i have come here to this spot ever since. My grandpa told me a story about a demon who was sealed away in a cave nearby but im not going to test my luck on that." Tenchi couldnt help but laugh at the thought of a demon getting sealed away in a cave and said, " Let's eat now." Tenchi picked up a piece of chicken and carefully chewed around the bone's.

Tenchi swallowed the piece of chicken that he had in his mouth and said, " The legend probably isnt real anyways. My grandfather could have just made it all up to scare me. Althought every time i was near the entrance, I thought that i could see a women with long blue hair and a short black cattail sticking out of her rear. Ah, Who am i kidding, It is just a myth and im never going near that cave again." Tenchi then picked up a piece of watermelon and began to eat it, spitting out the seed's as he went.
