Machi grabbed her wand and pointed at the girl. Her wounds closed up fast but Machi didnt speak. She walked over and picked up the girl and slug her on her shoulders showing brute streangth. She placed her gently on the padded seats in the cart and then turned to the boy. "I'm guessing that your well enough to walk, so I suggest you go into another cart."

Tori slumped sideways, falling on her side on the seat. If the silencio hadn't been in effect, she would've groaned.

He smiled happily to himself as he went into the compartment adjacent to the one he had just left. "That worked out nicely," he murmured happily as he sat back and rested his on the seat. It was empty, warm, and silent, his favorite way to live life. With a smile, he lazily put his feet up on the seat across from him and gazed out the window, feeling that this would be the best year yet.

Suddenly, from the compartment across the hallway, Angel heard a commotion: the firing of spells, an angry voice, and footsteps in the corridor. Angel had barely had time to act when, looking up, she saw a hatefully familiar person sitting almost opposite her, his feet rested up on the seat beside her. She looked at Kakaru Asakawa, the Asian Slytherin she so detested, staring out at the window as though he was the only person in the world, let alone in the compartment, which was his usual attitude.
"Well," said Angel, hatred brewing up within her and showing in her face, "Asakawa. So, are you here to cause trouble? Or have you already done that? Typical, nothing less than I would have expected of you. Would you leave, please? Now?"
She said it with as much contempt as she could, while fighting to keep her voice cool and calm. Leaning back with her arms folded to her chest, she waited for Kakaru's response, who, probably, hadn't noticed her until she spoke.

Kakaru's gaze broke from the window as he looked this girl who had just entered. "Oh, hello there Angel. Can I help you?" Kakaru asked calmly, though there was a malicious smile on his face. "Pardon me, but you barged into my compartment and demand I leave, aren't you being a tad irrational?" He tilted his head to one side as he withdrew his feet so he sat on the chair with his legs crossed. He could feel his wand in the inside pocket of his jacket, and smiled at the feel of it.
"I don't /cause/ trouble, it tends to find me you know. And it's rather unfair you judge me so quickly, it's not my fault she was annoying," he said with a snicker, recalling the girl's gash.

"Sarrie! Come back here!"
Sahara Janette Brixell sighed as she chased after Sarrie along the corridor of the Hogwarts Express. She ran, fingers outstretched, trying to reach for the ever-elusive feline.
Sahara was a fifth-year Ravenclaw student at Hogwarts. She had twinkling, happy blue eyes and long, straight blonde hair that now flew behind her as she chased after Sarrie, who was her namesake white cat; Sarrie was Sahara's nickname. She was the Chaser of the Ravenclaw Quidditch team at Hogwarts and, like almost every other student at Hogwarts who was not in Slytherin, she hated Slytherin.
Sahara continued running, until, finally, she caught up with Sarrie, scooping her up in her arms. "Okay, Sar, come here," said Sahara. "Let's look for a compartment, and you can run in there all you want, okay?"
Sarrie looked up at her with eyes as blue as her master's, a reassuring look in them. She mewled softly, the bell in her neck ringing, and Sahara took that meow as a "yes".
Sighing again, Sahara walked back down the corridor, some people looking curiously at her and her cat. Sahara ignored them. She placed Sarrie in her basket as she dragged it and her trunk, looking for an empty compartment.
This was the start of another great year.

"Fine," said Angel, quite annoyed by his statement. "If you won't leave, I will." Angel looked over at Tori in the next compartment, who still looked weak, then back at Kakaru's sneer. "I won't argue. It's just not worth it."
Angel tucked her book in her right arm as she picked up Lightwing's cage sitting beside her and stood up to get her trunk and broomstick from the luggage rack, but then found herself blocked as she did. Kakaru still had not put his feet down.
"Will you excuse me, please?" she almost yelled.

"Why?" Kakaru said, finding this situation amusing. He kept his legs up, and rolled his eyes. "Wingardium Leviosa" he murmured as he flicked his wand lazily, so the trunk came tumbling down towards the girl. "I didn't know all Gryffindors were dimwitted like Pettigrew, pity." He didn't bother looking at the girl when he said it, though he kept his wand tightly in his grip, and stayed aloof. As dimwitted as they could be, they also were defensive, especially when it came down to pride.

"Boy, you just dont ever quit do you?" She glared at Kakaru. Waving her wand the girl lifted up over the mess and into the hall. "Go on, go take care of Tori." She rushed the girl outside and locked the door. Doing a quick Imperturbable Charm, Machi sat on the bench across from Kakaru. "By far, I cant keep sticking up for you and looking the other way if your constantly causing it." She muttered. "Sooner or later the other professers will figure it out. And then what? The Minestry will keep their eye on you and you wont be able to leave and join the..club. You really should think these things thru." She said her words calmly and cooly much different from her "normal" way of talking.

Kakaru raised his eyebrow. "Every Slytherin goes about causing trouble, it's not like I'm much different. So, the rumors are true then? There really is such a person? I don't think behaving any differently than I usually do will change anything, though I appreciate your concern." He narrowed his eyes, and stayed just as vague as she did, unsure of how to take this.
Kakaru thought back into his childhood, and previous years of Hogwarts, and the continued, "Wouldn't that make me more suspicious if I played innocent? i mean, professors take turns putting me in detention, I don't see why this year can't be any different." Nothing could bother this an arrogant, proud, and typical Slytherin boy, who had never been lenient when it came to taking anybody's advice.

"Well, than no. If this is how you usually behave, than keep that way. But I really would hate to put one of my own in detention...or worse. By far this year is most important for you." She smiled softly. "Yes, there is such a man. I had the pleasure of meeting him myself. i'm here recruiting, if you will. As such, I need to have a cover. Hogwarts if perfect to do both don't you believe?" She gazed out the train window. "This year, will be much different thna the other years at Hogwarts. That I guarentee."

Tori groaned inwardly and sat up. She lifted her shirt slightly and saw a small pink scar, which was all that remained of her wound. The scar was already fading. She wrinkled her nose. Her front was still soaked with blood.

"I suppose it is a good place to recruit, but you have to prove yourself trustworthy. There's no guarantee that you're not from the Ministry, here to find us that would join, and have people tail us until we do something that gives them an excuse to send us to Azkaban. Why should I trust you?" Kakaru glared at the woman as he looked out the window again. "Prove yourself trustworthy and you could become a "recruiter", but until then, nobody will trust you. You have to betray somebody, and it won't be clear until you do that."

"In due time. For now, let us go about the normal routine. And then soon, all will be clear." She brushed her black hair out of her eyes. "Until then, I dont have to prove anything to you."

"You do that, but I still won't trust anything you say until I know more about your motives," Kakaru responded deftly. "People like Potter are just as bad as I am, they do pranks, and they've cast curses such as mine, yet you single me out immediately, how so?"
