I was walking towards Bruma, actually I think I was riding on my horse, and I saw a Reguard standing at the side of the road. He wasn't a bandit or anything, he was wearing a red velvet outfit thing and looked a bit like Ruslan. When I approached him, he didn't attack me, or just stand there, He just dropped dead. There wasn't any arrows in him, or any spells, or any sign of anyone -or anything, nearby.

The weirdest things tend to occur in Bruma.
I was up in that area looking for caves, ruins, mines, etc...when I came across two Imperial Legion. I saw no horses and they were clad in FULL LEGION ARMOR. They were just wandering around the mountains. Next thing I know, one of them fires an arrow at the other and full blown out arrow fight was underway!
I kept my distance as I almost got hit myself and watched as they battled it out until one of them died and the other stopped. I couldn't believe I saw an Imperial Legion murder one of his own! It was an unprovoked attack.
The Imperial Legion who lived then LOOTED his fallen comrade! Curiously I went up to him and what did this traitor say to me? "STOP RIGHT THERE!" He began attacking ME! I didn't do anything, but watch him kill his own and I couldn't even get the options either even when trying to talk to him, so I killed him. Odd thing is, I didn't get any infamy points or murder price...was as if I killed a bandit.
Since then I rarely venture out into Bruma's mountain ranges west.

Oh yeah, between bruma and that small place called applewatch...there's often two guards fighting each other, happened to me and i'm pretty sure someone else said this in this thread too...only difference is that the guard didn't attack me after.

Ozaki Oh yeah, between bruma and that small place called applewatch...there's often two guards fighting each other, happened to me and i'm pretty sure someone else said this in this thread too...only difference is that the guard didn't attack me after. Maybe it's because I'm Argonian and I just so happen to be far away from my element? lol.

Torment pain... It was me.
And I think it's a flaw in their AI when they're hunting deer.
But it happened right next to Applewatch for me also..
I remember then killing that lady and her dog. xD
I thought she would put up more of a fight after killing the scamp with her fists. ... and bloody rain

I was comnpletely silent and it honestly spooked the s**t out of me.
Also, I was expecting some of the fish in the water to be HUGE, so when my music suddenly changed one time when I had low health so I just kind of...kept swimming. I finally got out of the water and saw one of those tiny little fish. I was pissed. stressed

Also, I was expecting some of the fish in the water to be HUGE, so when my music suddenly changed one time when I had low health so I just kind of...kept swimming. I finally got out of the water and saw one of those tiny little fish. I was pissed. stressed lol. In Anvil, somewhere in the deep of water there lies a giant octopus thing. This was on the 360 and according to him it's massive compared to your character, powerful, and lots of health. He was swimming in Anvil looking for a secret bottle with a message in it, then suddenly he heard battle music. It was dark in there so he couldn't see what it was so he just kept swimming because worst case it was a slaughterfish...he was wrong. Next thing he knew a couple of tentacles reached out and tried to grab him and so he tried swimming away and then fought it. When he beat it, the thing floated up and dropped no items except an exclamation mark! So far he and very very few others have encountered it, but with some updates it hasn't heard or seen ever again.

I think everyone has seen the Bruma Guard V. Guard. I personally enjoy watching them. And once in a while shoot an arrow at one of them and run like hell.

Alexandria Kiseragi my biggest WTF moment was when i came across 2 minotaur lords and 2 trolls going at it and in the middle of it all was a forest ranger. i just sat back and watched the carnage and when the imperial forest ranger killed everyone with almost no health he ran up to me and Arrested ME for no freakin reason with a bounty of some ungodly number!!!! i just went back to my last save and killed them all and just took the bounty of 1000 for murder instead of the bounty of 6623400..... yea thats what i said Oh, lawl! Mine was when I was sleeping in a tavern and when I woke up, two Nordic women walked out of my room. I got up, and one looked at me and said "What do YOU want?" Not that funny, but no real glitches happen to me.

Ok, So I just got out of jail for something I don't remeber but anyway, I began to walk away when this gaurd runs up to me and is all like "Stop right there! blahblah blah You've violated the law! blah blah blah...." and I'm just like whatever maybe its just a glitch, but after this happend about 5 times I started to get a little upset I was all like, "WTF?!?! What did I DO?!?!"I swear I was innocent crying

I remember i was in the Mage guild in leyawiin if i am not wrong i was jumping up on the counters knocking all the nicely settled objects they scatter and drop, and i then notice a paint brush spinning in one spot i am like WTF lolz!

you want effed up? for those with a PC type Toddtest (I think) into the console. and if that doesn't work, type it into google and you'll probably be able to find the correct code.
but as for real oblivion? I'd have to say the fact that (because I have the PC version and can perform 1337 H4X) I gave myself ridiculous amounts of magicka and paraded around in my Mad Prince's Regalia (shirt, pants, rings, the whole kit and keboodle, even buffed my magic skills too). needless to say running around as a god w/o god mode actually on is rather fun (you still need to watch yourself though) Ahhh, the wonders of 100% spell/magic reflect...
Also, on my stealth/combat hybrid, I was doing the final thieves guild quest, and was walking over to the secret entrance to white gold tower (having successfully used the arrow of extrication) to go steal the elder scroll when all of a sudden the two statues leap to life and scare the absolute s**t out of me (I was focused on the entrance and what lay beyond rather than my immediate surroundings....not a good play on that one I'll admit) bested them though, as you do.

→ that's r a d t a b u l o u s ∙ ∞ I'm sorry, but Countess Alessia Caro's torture chamber is a big WTF. Seriously. I really hate that woman. Almost as much as I hate Alessia Ottus, and St. Alessia. It must be something about the name that makes the bearer of it be an auto-jerk.
On that note, Alessia Ottus' books are a big WTF. Especially the Bruma one. hate. scream fersure♥
