It took Harper a couple seconds of staring at a now (rather wet) Eliot before deciding what to do. "Mister Eliot? Why would you call daddy that, sis?" He asked, jumping off his bed. "When's momma coming home daddy, I'm hungry.."
"You little.." Eliot began, as the woman promptly slapped him.
"And they OBVIOUSLY have different mothers!" the woman yelled.
Harper, grinning quite evilly, aimed his gone intentionally for the woman's face and let loose. This of course sent her makeup 'face' dripping down her neck. Needless to say she was wailing and running out of the room.
"I'm going to kill you." Eliot began. He sounded quite serious.
"RUN!" Harper yelled, dodging over Eliot's grasp and toward the exit pronto!

"Eeh!" Manny shrieked, taking off after Harper. She was honestly a little scared, more of the creepy woman than of Eliot. The living room was the obvious place to go, there were people there, but Harper knew the apartment better. "Where are we going?" she asked him, regretting she had left the water gun behind.

"My roo- Ah!" Harper, intending on fortifying in his room and locking the door behind them, came to a sudden stop when Soloman was standing in front of his door way looking quite coy.
"Something the matter, dude?" Solo asked, smirking.
"SOLOMAN MOVE FOR THE LOVE OF.. AAH!" That was when he noticed, off to his left, a monster! was moving to grab Manny's shoulder. Eliot's date had apparently not left completely, and had gone to put a hand on Manny.
So Harper did what any decent friend would do, and tackled the woman. "IT'S THE ALIEN OVERLORDDDD!"
And she certainly looked it! Hey, he probably believed she was an alien for reals at this rate.

"Aeeiyeeh!" Manny shrieked as she under the woman's legs, a thing she wouldn't want to repeat, and latched her tail around her ankle. Seeing Harper go airborne she rolled out of the way, pulling the woman's leg with her. "ALIENS! AGENTS HARPER AND MANNY TO THE RESCUE!" She yelled, moving to jump on top of its legs to help hold it down.

Perched on it's chest, Harper arched his gun for her open and screaming mouth, pumped the gun and squirted.
She was filling up quick, gagging something awful and flailing... until she fainted, not for lack of oxygen, but of terror/embaressment/disbelief.
"IT IS CONQUERED!" He declared, standing up, still onto it's chest. "WE ARE-"
"YOU ARE DEAD! MANDY! MANDY ARE YOU ALRIGHT?!" Eliot asked, falling to the floor as he turned the alien's head sideways to get the water out.
"I think it's - err, she's dead." Ashley said, still sitting calmly on the kitchen table, almost done with her nails.
"SOMEONE HELP ME!" Eliot yelled, sounding more frustrated than scared or sad.
"Dude.. she's uhm.. not the hottest peice you've ever brought home." Soloman said.
"Oh could you two POSSIBLY be more crude in front of the children?" Sunny asked, standing up off the couch where he had been watching in horror. "Ju.. Just go into the room. ROOM. NOW!"
"MAKE ME!" Harper yelled.
"NOW!" Ashley enforced her brothers command.
So, Harper yelped, and hurried into his room.

Manny yelped, accidentally touching Mandy's throat when she got up. Feeling like she'd been electrocuted, she wrenched it free and tore into Harper's room, quickly finding a place to hide among all of his toys. Mandy, meanwhile, coughed, spitting out the rest of the water, and started to open her eyes, looking horrified.

After Manny was in, Harper slammed the door to his bedroom shut and took a few deep breaths. "I think it was waking up!" He exclaimed, looking around for Manny.
"It's okay Cap'n Agent Manny, the general knows we had to do it.. She.. she has to know.." He looked once more at the door and slinked to his bed to hide under a blanket.
Eliot took a few deep breaths, and after telling his roommates to shut up, he smiled at Mandy, "Hey baby! Glad to see you back!" This had worked before. Pretend like nothing happened and they think they passed out from drugs or something or they had been hallucinating. It was worth a shot.
Ashley, meanwhile, got off the table and headed toward the kids' room.

"I hope so," Manny meeped, burrowing deeper under the pile of stuffed animals and toys, "I hope she's okay." Mama Estelle would be more than a little annoyed if she heard about this.

Ashley opened the door to her son's room and came inside without a peep, heading to the bed she sat on the edge and crossed her legs.
"Come here."
Harper peeked out of the blanket, and after staring at his mothers still somewhat placid expression for a moment, wiggled out and came to sit by her.
"You too Manuela." Ashley commanded, motioning to the increasingly less spacious bed.

Despite still being a little scared that Eliot would come after them, Manuela was an obedient girl, and got to her feet. She sat down beside Ashley, hanging her head. "I'm sorry Miss Ashley," she said quietly, "Is Mister Eliot's friend ok?"

Ashley blinked a few times at Manny and shook her head, "Oh cut it out with the miss and mister nonsense already, alright? And my name is Asper." Vanity clung to her following expression, that faded as she looked at her skeptical son and gave in as most mothers do, "Alright." She too a deep breath.
Harper braced himself.
"Did you call him daddy when the girl walked in?"
Harper nodded.
Ashley gave a big grin and kissed the side of her son's face, "That's my little angel! We will go do something special to celebrate tomorrow, alright? Good playing along, Missy." She said, patting Manny's shoulder. "I suspect your about tired by now, eh?"

The family honestly confused Manny. She had been taught by Mama Estelle to call any adult outside the parish Miss or Mister, and anyone inside it Sister or Brother. So someone telling her not to was a little odd. She nodded, blushing a little.

Ashley gave a nod, "Alright. We don't usually sleep for quite awhile, but.." She glanced at Harper and rolled her eyes, "School does start way too early. I'm not sure what they expect you could learn at 9 in the morning!"
Harper nodded in agreement.
"But come on, you want to be awake with your friend tomorrow, don't you?" Ashley said, then glancing back at Manuela, "You know where the bathroom is if you have something to change in to, you can sleep in here tonight and lock the door if you feel uncomfortable. Solo and Sunny sleep in the living room just outside too, if you get scared, and Harper and I will be in my room - just across the living room."
"You can wake us up if you wanna!" Harper said happily.
Ashley moaned, "Yes.. well... if you absolutely must.. try not to wet the bed or something, please." Ashley said, as 'politely' as any of those statements could, she took Harper's hand and left Manny for the night with Harper waving goodnight along the way.

"Yes Mi- Asper," Manny told her, fetching her nightgown from her bag. It took her a few minutes to get changed and brush her teeth, and once she did she quickly fell asleep. It was kind of strange not hearing the street noise, but she managed to sleep through the whole night. It was light by the time she woke up, about 10am. She stayed in bed for roughly another hour, not wanting to wake them up.

Come morning, every single one of the adults were deep asleep. Harper had efficiently made himself sleep a few hours after Manny had, laying in bed with nothing to stare at but his mother's mirror and a ceiling had that affect. Plus, his mother's perfume tainted the entire place, and the familiar smell was comforting and peaceful in that sleepy way for him.
Needless to say, he woke up promptly around 11 with a grumbling stomach. He had skipped 2am 'dinner,' after all! He got out of bed carefully, making sure not to wake his mother who was sprawled over most of her bed and had boxed him into a corner.
He snuck across the long limbs of Soloman laying in the middle of the living room, without waking Sunny who was a very light sleeper and curled on the couch, then slowly creaked open his bedroom door.
"Manny?" He whispered, peeking his head in.
