The Vampire Armand (6th book of the Vampire Chronociles) by Anne Rice
I like that one 3nodding
Too much of a book whore to be able to post them all if I tried. Within the few days, among others:
Scorpion Shards, Shusterman The Messenger, Lois Lowry The Eyes of Heisenberg, Frank Herbert Jailbait, Leslea Newman The Bell Jar, Sylvia Plath The Golem's Eye, Stroud
I'm currently reading Memorias Postumas de Bras Cubas, by Machado de Assis (yes, it's a Brazilian book). Dunno if Machado is famous in other countries, but he is one of the BEST Brazilian writters.

The High Druid of Shannara: Tranquil - by Terry Brook
Some one else who's knows of Terry Brooks! I love him! Didn't get to start that series yet...
Gemstone
Acorna - Anne McCaffrey and Elisabeth Anne Scarborough. All 6 or 7 of it's sequals are good too!
I love Acorna! I just finished reading Acorna's Search(hated the cliffhanging ending)and am ready to start Acorna's Rebels.
I just finished re-reading Elfsong by Elaine Cunningham and am re-reading it again! It's an awesome book! Miko, you might enjoy her work, since you like Terry Brooks...maybe.

The Corrections by Jonathan Franzen is a really awesome book if you don't mind adult themes. Like, and english teacher suggested it to me, so it's not porn-type adult themes, but definitly adult. And definitly a good book

For Camelot's Honor by Sarah Zettel. An athurian tale as the battle for britain continues. The first book focused on Risa and Gawain and this one focuses on Elen and Gereint, Gawain's brother. 3nodding
