yeah, i have 17 credits this semester, and i was working. that's another story altogether. then i'm in three organizations on campus, but i always make time to be online. smile

LOL, it's rare to see anyone on here...If anyone knows how to make banners or whatnot, they should...then we could advertise like Daykurfin suggested...I kind of like the one you have, but it's low key...maybe we need something in-your-face, LOL 3nodding

(My editor says I need at least 100 publish wothy poems to publish my anothology... I have over 150 poems right now, but we are our own worst critic, and I would only consider 5 of them publish worthy... I am increadible annal about my own work)
How did I hear about Gaia: One of my roommates 14 yearold brother (also a very good friend of mine) is always on Gaia. He convinced me to sign up and now I am adicted.

Wow!! All of you are so ooollllddd... I'm only 15...
I'm sure your poems are fine!! haha... if you need any help, you can always post some samples of your poetry in the coffee house. We'd all LOVE to read your poetry. If you ever publish your anthology, tell us!! I"d like to get a book and point to it and say to my friends, "That person's in the guild that I belong to!"
I'm sorry about your divorce, anyways, but I suppose that it'd make you happy, right? So I'm happy about that for you. Good luck on getting your dance studio!!

(We all sound like freakish, poetry-addicted zombies, lol...but that's a good thing I think...) yep... zombies. People call me an English freak cuz I read and write ... and I just wanna know how you can NOT do those things... reading, writing, making music... those are my ways of getting my emotions out...

I know what you mean Parari...Some people need to learn to write... stare It depresses me when I come on Gaia and realize that a large portion of those on here are functional illiterates. Reading and writing are amazing vents for emotions and as a form of relaxation. I just don't get it...

...I don't think ANYONE ever reads the first coupla pages after they read the first post so I'll just... introduce myself again... sweatdrop

Ethnicity: Taiwanese
Grade: 11 (in 8 weeks... xd )
Age: 15
Experience (English): I kind of learned how to write papers and such in 7th grade, but all my 8th grade teacher wanted to do was go over basic grammer. In 9th grade, I got a B on my first paper (I was in Honors English). That was when I started getting mad and pissed, so I started writing like crazy to practice the literary techniques I was learning in my English class. I progressed to the point where my teacher decided that for 10th grade, the Honors English 10 class would be too easy for me. I was recommended to go to AP English 11 instead. However, there is a 4 year requirement of English at my school, and Honors English 10 is required. So this year, I doubled up on Honors English 10 and AP 11 English. Next week, I'll be taking the AP 11 exam. Wish me luck crying
Description: I'm not as hyper as I used to be (I think I did some growing up the last couple months eek ) but I think that I'm still random. It's possible to have a conversation with me now without me suddenly becoming schizophrenic. I like Asian music...
I play flute and piano. I'm thinking of becoming a professional pianist, but that will have to be after my health gets better.
Projects: Um... papers for English? I'm not really writing much outside of school right now. I have a livejournal that I share with my friend where we talk about our views and beliefs on things. It was actually started when we found out that we agreed that this one guy was hot... so it's named as a tribute to him. I think he's in my AP 12 class next year heart
You know what? I think that writing about yourself should become a regular thing in this thread. People should introduce themselves more than once, because people change. 3nodding
