True, forgot about Scizor, but being double weak to fire, I should have something else decent able to kill it. The other two will be harder thus prooving the legitimacy of steel types, thanks Ty.

Caring is thinking with your heart Even with double weakness to Fire, luckily it's his only weakness. Everything else is neutral, he resists it, or in Poison's case, he's immune (like all Steel types).
Forretress is awesome, capable of setting up Rocks and Spikes, and spinning the opponent's away. Or, for an offensive set, you could do Gyro Ball with no Speed EVs and such.
Empoleon, I'm not familiar with, so no help there. ^^" Think hard.

Wow, for some reason I never even thought of Forretress before. I don't know why I never considered it, it seems to be really good. I'm a check out it's Bulbapedia page for kicks and giggles, it may have just earned the spot of Garruk in my Magic team. I had it as the weird Gen V Grass/Steel type before, but I'm digging the Spikes and such.

pokemanzcat Are there any steel types used in competitive battling that aren't part Psychic? There's Metagross, Jirachi, and Bronzong. The only other steel type I've seen is Lucario, and you already said I'll be just fine against that. I think Roy has a Registeel that he rarely ever uses. EDIT: Rotom is pretty cool, I've never had one so I can't really say otherwise. XD As far as ghost types go, I've always been in love with Frosslass. I'm gonna have one on my Planeswalker team, for Lilliana. to add to des's list...
magnezone, aggron, skarmory and heatran

*Slaps self across face*
How could I forget about Skarmory? I guess I only ever see it used as a Rocks/Spikes/Roost I don't think about it as being any type. I've never seen Magnezone used or Aggron, and I thought Heatran was an Uber. I guess not.
Lol, thanks for the list. I've grown a new respect for steel types everywhere.

Well, when I was lost, I suppose it's good advice to stay where you are until someone finds you. But who'd ever think to look for me here? Skarmory happens to be my favorite steel type. ^^ It's so beautiful in its shiny form. <3 I'm looking up pokemon cosplay items and such and I found Ariana's costume for $60 and it looks amazing. ^^ I wish I had the money and the credit card thing to be able to buy it. I also found Xemnas for those of you who are KH fans (hehehe...so cool x3) and a really awesome Tuxedo Mask costume. (What? I like Sailor Moon. whee ) I just hate that I'm a minor still. I can't sign up for an account, nor can I get a card to use to buy things online. Ffffffffft. Good advice. If I listened earlier, I wouldn't be here. But that's just the trouble with me. I give myself very good advice, but I very seldom follow it.

Caring is thinking with your heart Magnezone isn't used often due to the hideous 4x weakness to the oh so common Earthquake. Same with Aggron, but throw in Close Combat along with EQ. I can't believe I forgot Skarmory and Heatran as well, considering I use them.
There's also Registeel, who can be quite a beast to take down, even if you're throwing EQs at it (well, depends who they're from XD) Think hard.

Hehe I have the countdown on my phone. heart Yeah...sort of. My mom won't care one way or the other, but at least I'll know that I'm an adult and can make my own choices. x3 Good advice.
