Neci heard something and saw the girl he helped before. He picked up some of the boxes she dropped."Need help. Jeez woman how did you get so many boxes here?"

Kendrick took a deep, calming breath and almost smilled at how happy the bird became when another one, almost identical to itself, flew onto the same branch as it was on. Creatures like birds were so one minded, unlike human being, so they were the animals he liked to focus on the most often. It felt wonderful to feel happy, without wanting to cry. He was so caught up in his thoughts that he did not even hear the footsteps of another person coming towards him.
At the sound of somebodys' voice the young teens eyes snapped open and his arms came up in a protective way out of habit. Slowly he relaxed as he looked at the other with a slightly tilted head. "Hello." He said in a silky voice, though it also sounded like a voice not often used. "Thats weird, I can't read your emotions. But it does not seem like the same reason that I could not read my...families. You must have some sort of power, am I right?"

Shina smiled. "I put up blocks for empaths and telepaths. I do that because I know how it feel to stumble onto a wrong thought or a strong emothion. If I didn't put the block up you might not even be able to talk right now." She said quietly, a unidentifiable look in her eyes. "How is it that you cannot feel your families?"

Kendrick allowed his gaze to to move away from the person in front of him and back to the two birds that were now in the tree above. "If only everybody could do that." The young teen said with a small sigh as he looked back to the girl in front of him. Hearing the question he couldn't help but smile sadly. "For the simple fact that they do not feel emotion, or at least they very rarly do. It is an adaptation I guess, after all if they did feel emotions then they might feel regret after killing a meal."

She sighed anoyedly. "Don't ask. it's a long story that comes down to the fact that I'm clumbsy and not very bright and then well..... I grabbed to manny boxes and you can see where that got me."

Neci took out a lighter he had in his pocket all the time. He flicked it open and it made a small crckling sound as it ignited."I can do that..."

"fier is good but you know, it's very harmfull to people," she said thoughtfully, "but Ice and water heals people and makes them beter. but fire will get rid of the boxes so go for it!"

He smiled and pulled a small glass bottle filled with ignighter fluid he always carried around and sprinkled some over the boxes. The bottle was empty so he just threw that in too. He lit an end of a box and with the ignighter fluid it soon burst into flames. He walked back and pulled Sai back by the shoulders.
