Gaijin's eyes slid open as he awoke, having fallen asleep with his back against the wall. His gaze swept the room, seeing that he was the only one awake yet. He stood up, going over to the desk to where an old coffee maker was set up. He started it going and rubbed sleep out of his eyes. While it was going, he went to the bathroom and washed his face and let water run down it and over his hair. He figured that he'd get a shower later, but he needed to get some coffee in his system first. He went back out, pouring himself a cup and dropping into the chair to enjoy it.

Mia yawned, blinking an eye open. The sweet aroma of coffee hit her nose. It was always a pleasing smell to wake up to. She sat up, rubbing the side of her face from sleeping in one spot the whole night. "Good morning." She said to Gaijin, standing up and stretched. She glanced around the room. "Where's Quinn?"

Gaijin looks over his shoulder from where he's sitting at the desk. Morning Mia. Quinn went off last night shortly after you collapsed on the couch. He said to meet him at the pizza parlor. If you feel like going, you're free to go I suppose. If you want some coffee, you're more than welcome to it. He motions towards the coffee maker.

"Coffee...sure. I'll have a cup before I go hunting for Quinn." Mia walked over, grabbing a cup, pouring herself a cup of coffee. "Thanks." She stepped away, taking a small sip of it. "If you don't mind me asking. Is the lady your girlfriend?" She asked, not having met her yet.

Gaijin shook his head and pointed over his shoulder towards Logan. That would be Logan. She's a Lycan Elder. She's been pretty helpful in the little Shadow Shi problem. I loaned her my bed for the night after she fell asleep in the rain. She's pretty useful in a fight, and not that bad of company. He shrugs. I'm told I'm not too bad of company for a Hunter myself. Name's Gaijin by the way.

"I see. I've yet to meet her." Mia smiled. "Nice to meet you Gaijin. I see you know my name already." She took another sip of her coffee then looked at him again. "I do believe I've met you before, just not formally. It's unusual to see a Hunter being helpful to Lycans and such. Why do you do it?"

Yep, I happen to remember you. Though we were only able to talk for a moment then. So, my helpful nature towards you suprised you huh? Well, long story short, I help those that need my help and you seemed to need my help. So, I helped you.

*Logan had been too knackered to even wake up after Gaijin had started carrying her back to his appartment and as he lay her on the bed she rolled onto her side, sighed and carried on sleeping.
As the coffee machine was turned on and the other two started to speak, Logan started to become more awake and the first thing that hit her senses were the various smells. From smell she knew she was back at Gaijin's appartment but there were also two lycan smells... And the smell of blood. One lycan smell she didn't know, but the other was the new lycan smell... And he still smelt human, but less so. She concluded he must of changed recently.
She stretched out and the tanktop unstuck itself from her stomach were it had dried. She sat up and rubbed the sleep from her eyes as she turned so her feet were off the bed and she was just sitting on it.*
Morning... Who are you? I know you are lycan, but i have not met you before. ((Well, i dun think so anyways...))
*She said to the other female.*

Mia nodded at Gaijin. "It was a bit surprising, but I'm very thankful for it." She glanced up at Logan as she spoke. "Good morning. I'm Mia. No you haven't met me before. I'm new in the area."

Gaijin's gaze floated from Mia over towards where Logan had sat up on the bed. Good morning yourself Logan. Did you sleep well? He motions towards the coffee maker. If you feel like it, there's coffee. It's fairly strong, but not quite enough to make it walk away on you. He motions to Mia. I found her and her friend after a transformation they hadn't been in control of. She fell asleep and her friend left.

no thanks... Don't need coffee! But a face wash would be.
And i know her friend... He used to be a hunter, a priest infact...

Sorry about that Logan. When you fell asleep, I guess wasn't really thinking. I didn't want to just leave you sleeping in the rain, so I brought you back here to my apartment and let you sleep in the bed. He motions towards the bathroom. And if either of you need it, be my guest. It's the only one on the block that works. He nods a bit at the mention of Quinn's former profession. Interesting. Wonder if he knew that I was a Hunter. If he did, he might not have left Mia here with me. Who knows though. I would think it would be obvious from my scent and weapons.

*She raised an eyebrow at Gaijin's comments about the ex hunter.*
He doesn't know how to use his strengths and senses yet... And he has no clue about much concerning life as a lycan...
*She stood and went to the bathroom where she splashed her face with water and cleaned her hands. Her clothes and showing skin were not muddy - the ground had been frozen so no mud was showing - so she just went back into the main room where she plated her braids down her back and tied a bobble, from her wrist, round them.
She picked up the baggy shirt, which was still wet and spoke.*
Got anywhere i can dry this? And my jacket?

"Well..." Mia set her cup of coffee down. She could tell that Logan had something with Quinn. "I have to get going." She definitely didn't want to welcome out her stay. Standing, she ran her fingers over her curly hair lightly, wondering how horrible it looked from sleeping. She moved her attention to Gaijin, actually giving thought to a shower. "If there is anyway that I can repay you for the stay, please let me know. I don't exactly have any money though."

Gaijin motions back towards the bathroom. Just hang it over the rail for the shower curtain. That should be a good place for it. If you'd like a change of clothing, I have some spare shirts and whatnot in the basket in there. Atleast you'd be out of that wet shirt. He looks down pointedly. He then turns his attention to Mia. It really wasn't a problem. You're welcome back anytime. And you can repay me by visiting again sometime. It gets awfully boring around here sometimes.
