Ertai Vexic I love the trash talking that comes from this place, 99% of the people talk s**t about me, how they can beat me and stomp my a**. Yet I see less than 1% come after me and actually try to prove their words. You do the same thing. You sit in your corner all day like an old man and scream obscenities. You can't even beat the people who challenge you. You get mad and run away when you realize that you're losing.

It does. xd I hope to God I never, ever have to fight your character. ******** speed-based characters drive me nuts--not that they're bad characters or concepts, it's just that they're a pain for powerhouses like my character to deal with. I have to have him wade through as many attacks as he can weather, then get in close and hit them. xp Well, I pretty much mixed him so he'd have pretty much no skill whatsoever at magic or what passes for psionics here. Actually, he's allergic to magic. Still, though, for the sake of "standing a chance" he fights like a Bene Gesserit, and they can bend the last joint in their little toe while remaining otherwise motionless. Speed is going to be a big factor for him- if he's moving, he's going to be a b***h to physically see. Taking the ability of the character Seta Sojiro from Rurouni Kenshin for the ******** win. I doubt I'll make it far, as I'm actually moving in with my fiancee and getting married in a few weeks, so... yeah, I won't be up to par. Probably the post where I out-Ertai'd Ertai in minute details will be my best.

Fox Mingan Nightwalker I should have used the anti-kinetic non-Newtonian battle armor, but I kept it simple: PVC with a middle layer of Nomex fire-resistant, triple-weave Kevlar-lined material, and an inner layer of spidersilk, metal threads weaved through them, encasing him within a Faraday cage and also refracting the light around him, pretty much making him a blur in motion. ...I should kill myself for that, but hell, my guy dresses to make a goth girl cream her panties. Skintight PVC and leather. And that's gotta make a difference somewhere in the world. Thank god i got eliminated in this goddamned tournament. Feh, it was so tempting to use the uberwank tech, because it's like wearing a tank that can collapse into a small briefcase.

Almost all of the last fights I got into resulted in someone getting my knee shoved into their groin with such ferocity that they would swear that they were, in fact, born female. And I took notice. I was going to give him a c**k-mounted turbo laser that would fire if he took a groinshot at first.

Anonymooo *pokes his head back in again* Ooh, Ertai's mad. Y'know, if he's still around, I have this to say: "Ertai, I will gladly challenge your character to a simple, WBA-rules boxing match. Four rounds, two downs, and 8oz gloves for ease of writing on both our parts, with another person's character playing referee, and preferably one more keeping track of the 'time' that passes in each post so we can keep things accurate. Right now is as good a time as any if you're free, and I WILL make good on my s**t-talk." 3nodding (As for why I suggest boxing? You shouldn't be doing advanced mathematics if your arithmetic sucks.) The first rule of Fight Club is, you do not talk about Fight Club. The second rule of Fight Club is, you DO NOT talk about Fight Club. If someone says stop, goes limp, taps out, the fight is over. Two guys to a fight. One fight at a time. No shirts, no shoes. Fights will go on as long as they have to. If this is your first night at Fight Club...you have to fight. xd

...I usually... wow. Good job, dude. ******** good job. xd And I explained to you over AIM why I chose boxing (WBA--although WBC is fine too) over a plain bare-knuckle brawl. Limits and rules ground a person and force them to play within parameters. It's not so much to limit him, as it limits me as well, but it levels the playing field and makes everything much easier to deal with as a whole. 3nodding

Most I learned was some submission holds and a few other things. When I was younger, I did qualify for a state championship in my age bracket and belt for martial arts. ******** judges missed a punch to the stomach that made him curl up and gave me second place overall. Nobody could hit me because I just kept circling and they had to keep on breaking form and turning. It was funny. Now, like 10 years later, I just say "******** it" and carry a sword in my car.
