Like I said, you decide when your Pokemon evolves. It doesn't need to transform as soon as its the right level.

Shiro Crenu Could I go a few levels higher for move purposes? Or do I need an ever stone for that?
Yeah the Everstone is pretty much pointless in our RP.
EDIT: Then again it is pretty pointless in the game too...
