((I missed it entirely. I was too busy being passed out. I did see some pics of it online, though, which was pretty cool. Hopefully I can watch next time. Also, there's supposed to be a meteor shower going on right now.

"What...? You want me to go look right now, or somethin'? No way. No one's going anywhere on their own right now," Jack explained. "I'll help you draw, but it's too risky to split up," he offered.
Medic sighed, turning the beam onto Scout, muttering something about how no one ever listened. "Heavy, don't laugh. I've seen you killed by zhe RED Scout plenty of times, before." Not all that often, to be perfectly honest, but enough for it not to be unusual. He followed the others towards the Volcaloids, trying to be as silent as possible. The good news was he had almost finished building a charge.
"That sounds like a much better solution," Spy replied, with a nod. He hadn't said so yet, but his plan was to try stay out of trouble in general. It may seem cowardly, but he was still hadn't fully recovered from his previous injuries, and he had absolutely no intention of getting killed.

((Things have been going fine. Physical therapy and all that is getting better. My doctor says that I should be able to get out of my wheelchair soon since I can feel and move my legs again. razz
But yeah, I've been missing you all so much. And from the look of things, ya'll have been getting very busy lately. lol
And Ruki, a PM update would be just lovely. Just of the last like 50 pages I guess. lol))

((*huggle glomps Dragon and absolutely refusses to let go* I am buying you a bubble and a plne ticket. You shall come here and live in my basement within your bubble. Don't worry, I'll try to remember to feed you on occassion.))
Luki nodded slightly and moved to the exact spot he had been in previous as he went back to acting like he was analyzing the people in front of them. It was a relieving thought that this may actually be going his way. Good. He preferred it that way. Now he just had to hope that Toph was absolutely safe in the room and would stay so until he could go get her himself.
Scout calmed down from his fustration, thankful his teammates finally took him seriously. It even made him feel better to have Medic, who normally would have been scolding Scout for what he'd said about being pinned to the ground, was defending him against Heavy's jokes by mentioning the scrawny little RED Scout kicking Heavy's a** every once in a while. It definately made him feel less embarrassed about being beaten around by Luki. He turned and lead the way towards the Vocaloids.
As they got closer, Soldier noticed they were all just kind of standing there at the edge. What were they up to? It seemed odd that the things trying to kill them would be more interested at admiring how many people were in spot- Oh. Now he got it. They were probably thinking about how big of a blood bath they could make out of this crowd. That made a lot more sense than just admiring how many people were there... "Think they're picking out the weaker of the people here?"
Hiruko nodded and went to go find a sword to use. Besides, it gave him the perfect oppurtunity to put his brief case and cane somewhere safe. He went up to Emmett and lightly tapped the God's shoulder. "Would you happen to have a safe place I could put either of these so I may fight better. I don't trust that either would be safe if I just left them in a locker room." He did his best to keep the brief case away from others, but it was more for their sake than the safety of the brief case.
Meiko felt the machine grab at her and it successfully latched onto her arm. She screamed lightly before she went to jab at its eye to get it to let go of her. She knew trying to command it to let go would be useless since Shodan had control of them, which is why she went straight to violence rather than any sort of diplomatic solution.

((Haha well you're accent is awesome, so you should keep it. lol. And well um, thanks for that lovely sentiment Kiki. Although I'd love to live with you on the East Coast more than anything, living in a bubble would be kinda horrible for me. And hey! I'm not a fish! You feed me like a normal human being!... Who just happens to be living in your basement. lol sweatdrop )) Tomoe's stomach then growled to herself, causing her to blush lightly before she sighed to herself. She had gotten so caught up in caring for the little ones, that she almost completely forgot about getting herself something to eat. She quickly trotted down the steps, her children fast asleep for their naps, before she walked into the kitchen, pouring herself a bowl of cereal, wanting something quick and easy to eat.Nuriko sighed to himself as he stared at the mirror that harbored both Faya and her sister Bunko within it. Seeing both of their faces as they stared at him bothered him a bit, but he didn't want to say anything about the current situation of the rest of the group, in hopes of not wanting them to be worried. "And that's what's been going on so far..." He told the two of them in his usual feminine voice, leaving out certain details here and there to protect them.Collette, who had stayed basically under the radar since arriving on the floating city with Hitomi. Since she was basically a quiet person overall, it wasn't too different of her to not really communicate with people besides her mistress. She touched the jewel that was upon her neck, almost identical to the one Hitomi wore around her own. It also didn't help that she appeared to have many striking comparisons to the elder psychic. Her eyes moved over the crowd gathered, noticing a few members more than other, but still analyzing them all the same. Yuzuki looked down at her arm, analyzing it since her accident. Everything was looking up to code, well as up as she could see anyway. Opening a latch in her forearm, which contain a small, but still very powerful, computer. Typing quicker than she had before, she quickly pulled up anything and everything that she could find on this Shodan person, reading the data as if her life depended on it.Toph sighed to herself, finally over her enternal pit of despair enough to actually put on some clothes and leave the room she shared with Luka. Or is it Luki now? Anyways... She grabbed a hold of a hairband, putting up her hair into her usual bun before sighing to herself as she looked into the mirror. "Ugh, this is getting tiresome." She whispered to herself before she left the apartment building and walked all the way to the hospital, wanting to meet with Doctor Cox about her eyes. Hitomi sat in her meditation room, her eyes closed and her legs folded beneath her. Insence fumed from the burning candles strewn throughout the room. "Hmm... Interesting." She muttered to herself as she opened her eyes, the hazel shining brightly in the dim light of the room. Clasping her hands together, she bent her legs enough to help herself to her feet without any outside help. Her hands then glided over her silk robe, adjusting it ever so slightly as she wistfully moved closer to a desk that stood against a wall. Reaching forward, the psychic opened a large box upon it to reveal a crystal ball. "Let me get a better look at this..." She whispered as she touched the crystal that hung loosely around her neck. Upon the touch, the cloudy smoke that filled the sphere quickly disapated and gave way to the group and the past events with Shodan. "Hm, I see then. She's back." She then backed away from the box after she closed it, exiting the room, her heels clicking against the marble floor in the large corridor.((BTW, guys. I have just made a new roleplay yesterday. I worked really hard on it and I hope that you'd at least check it out. It's called, "Gods and Monsters" on the main forum. ((well this is a lovely surprise! Good to see you back and feeling better!))
The trek through the swamp wasn't easy. Not just because of the darkness and the muck, but also because of the constant threat of being poisoned if you did so much as breathe the wrong fumes. It wasn't too long before another set of footprints besides his and Oomizus could be heard. Probably just crazy goblin men, Joseph thought. "Oh, one thing. The locals are less then hospitable around here. We should do our best to avoid any of them if we could." He warned in a tone slightly more noisy then a whisper.
((man, that was tricky! Had to do all that from my new Samsung Galaxy XP))

Heavy nodded "Yes. i am pretty sure that is vhat they are doing" heavy said. "So vhat is plan to disable enemy?" he asked Scout.
Maverick sighed "Ok then Do you know how to draw them?" he asked giving him some pieces of paper. "Here follow this design"
Souji smirked as he saw Mieko slaughter the poor unsuspecting machine. "Nice one babe" he said as he shot her a wink right before slicing through another machine. "Just watch out for those lasers" he told her as he stabbed another one behind her.
Alexander entered the house. he was out of breath "Tomoe!" he said as he rushed to her side. "Not good. the city is under attack" he told her "we have to get the kids to safety"
Neru spoke as if she was speaking to someone invisible "Understood Master, commencing attack on your orders" she said "Linking with exterior force now"

Luki listened to Neru and felt a light amount of panic go through himself. "Scout you idiot, what is taking so long for you to get here? Don't tell me you chickened out!" He made sure to stay calm and not give any sign of what he was thinking. The last thing he needed was for Neru and Haku to realize he wasn't under Shodan's control.
Scout got behind the group of Vocaloids and stopped a short distance away, but far enough so that, hopefully, none would hear him speaking. "Arthur says the gear they got on's wha's gettin' 'em all actin' up, so we need to get those headphones an' sleeve thingies offa 'em. So, Medic an' Heavy, why do'n you two take on the blonde, and Soldier an' I'll grab the white-haired chick."
Soldier frowned at the thought of jumping women, especailly double-ganging them. They looked harmless, so he didn't see the need to do it. "Are you sure we really need to go two on one with them? They're just a couple of women..."
Scout looked to Soldier and nodded. "I's what Luki told me, an' he should know jus' how strong these chicks are since he lives wid 'em."
Soldier gave no farther arguements. If Scout really thought pairing off was needed, then he would do so to make sure this went off without a problem. Still, he didn't like that Scout was getting all of this from one of those robot people. He was certain that the guy was just leading them into some sort of trap.
Oomizu heard the other foot steps and frowned. She so wish she could use her jet boots, but she had a feeling that there was probably a large amount of gunk between the gears that would make it a little unsafe to try. Instead, she made sure to stay closer to Joseph. "I don't think I would want to run into any of the locals here even if they were hospitable."
Meiko smiled to Souji and nodded. "Fighting may not be needed in my world very often, but that doesn't mean I don't know how to beat these guys up~!" She ripped her microphone stand out of the robot that had grabbed her and proceeded to bash at even more of the machines attacking them, making sure to give Souji support when ever she saw he may need it.

Heavy nodded."Ok. lets go quickly" he said as he started walking up slowly behind them to make sure he wasnt heard. Once he was close enough he grinned as he rushed at them, quickly grabbing and pinning down one of the girls, the way they landed didnt look all that innocent either, but he had no time to think about it. He looked to Medic hoping he would remove the devices quickly before he hurt the girl
Souji smiled, they made a perfect team. He summoned another Persona and cast a spell on a group of bots, This caused the bots take heavy damage. However he felt it. The sudden burning sensation at his shoulder. He had been caught off guard and hit from behind with a laser blast.
One of the machines managed to grab ahold of Meiko now, this time it lifted her up over its head and proceeded to toss her across the area.
