havikthecold @Deil: Lifting weights is what got me to heavy on the first place XD [Oh wait, you want to LOSE muscle? Oh, then good luck with that. Forget the diet, your won't be eating at all. Your body has to exhaust it's supply of carbs and fat before it will use muscle for energy.

Stick to a high protein, low carb diet... and most importantly, as a male, do situps, crunches, and pushups daily... until it burns.
Men tend to put all of their weight on their abdomen , so the crunched, sit ups, and push ups hit the trouble area....and boy... crunches/sit ups buuuuurn! D: Pfft, try weight lifting. I walked for four weeks, four miles to the library everyday(two miles to, and two miles back) and lost about 30-40 lbs. You also need to drink water in half your weight. How much do you weigh?Yeah, if you want to flush all the nutrients out of your body and make your cells explode, you go ahead and drink 100lbs of water a day. Have fun with that water bill too. @ Aug: My school has a gym w/free weights in the weight room, and I take weight training for football.

Lol Im not all muscle I weigh 220 I need to get to 190 I have a bit of fat on me all my muscle is in my arms I am trying to trim my stomach and legs.
