He shakes her hand, not thining coherently enough to be offended by the evasion. "Hey babe, how's it going?"

Only after asking that question which I don't think he really cared about being answered does he notice the existence of corri, "Who's this queer?"

"Your boyfriend?" Jorge asks incredulously, "This puny little guy? I mean, I'm not surprised that you're taken, since you're amazing, but couldn't you do better? Th'kid probably doesn't even know what to do with ya cuz he just can't believe he's getting a chance to be with you at all!"

Corrigan would very much like to defend himself... but some combination of shyness and self-doubt (since many of the aforementioned things, and some other things that someone who doesn't know him couldn't possible comment on, the twin had thought about himself. He couldn't deny that he still really has no idea why rave would ever chose him). He averts his eyes.

"He's not even saying anything in his own defense!" jorge is, again, incredulous.

Jorge is not sober enough to realize he's on thin ice, "Love him? What the hell can this shrimp possibly have going for him? Or maybe he doesn't confront you in any masculine way so you can constantly enjoy your weird little kinks without him trying to do anything silly and normal like topping his girl?"

Corri is embarrased, and thoroughly unhappy but he still can't seem to come up with any arguments, and remains rather unnervingly silent.

This does not stop corri from being embarrased. Not one iota.


"Only you would prefer a ninny guy in bed. Look, he's'so ******** meek he can' ev'n get up the guts t'look at me! Hasn' said a word since I got here. Does it ever talk?"

Corrigan looks up at this point, something which he hadn't particularly done in a little while, looking not at Jorge but at Raven. He still has no clue why she would have ever chosen him (especially since things like satisfying her are things that occured only after they started dating), but he can't help but be touched by the sheer feracity by which she's defending their relationship.

"Yur crazy, thas-all." Jorge stands, apparently somehow outraged by what Rave's saying, despite probably not really comprehending it, "Someday you'll be tired of'im and wishing you'd acted a li'l diffrently." And he leaves.

Cor is a bit taken aback by this reaction, especially since that encounter left him feeling a lot more depressed and useless than... amorous. Or possesive, as the case may be, which he probably should feel but considering his growing belief in his lack of deserving (and the fact that he's not one to think of people as possessions) this doesn't come about much either.

Still, comforting rave seems like a good thing to attempt. He wraps his arms around her, and, well, lets her kiss him all she wants, despite not particularly reciprocating.

All right, so there are things Corrigan is willing to let occur for the sake of comforting rave despite the fact that he might not feel like it, but this isn't particularly one of them. He backs up a step, not really understanding where his girlfriend is coming from, "W-what? Now? But--"

"I wouldn't say that everything he said was wrong." Corri admits, suddenly finding the floor rather interesting, "I'm not very masculine at all, y'know. I can't even defend myself against a drunk idiot. And--" He brushes some of his hair out of his face nervously, "Sometimes I still have no idea how I... managed to wind up with you as my girlfriend."
