The Mangekyo is a awesome reward for the slow leveling up and
Whatevs as long as I can copy the jutsu so should I just go to the team 4 training ground and meet Xen
And how should i enter the scene

confused And dude, did you read it all? Like I just said, Akio will do for now. Xenon can meet you once he's finished up with team business.
How about you meet Akio the same way Raine did, you can almost run into him in a crowd or something, I'll post him in Otogakure village, and you can run into him at your hearts content. You can learn the Academy jutsu from him.
And I agree that the Mangekyou is awesome, and the Uchiha aren't quite as overpowered as some people seem to think, the seal of Izanami I made was because there was no conceivable way to beat the Mangekyou, with it, the user can render the Mangekyou attacks ineffective, though you have to be a master to be able to use it. This way a Master Uchiha PC and Master Non Uchiha PC would be evenly matched, their other skills deciding the fight fair and square.
Against NPC's however, the Mangekyou has got to be fun to use. xd Tsukiyomi would be my favorite.

"AHHHHHHHHHH!"(Invader Zim Joke nobody gets) i wanna make a doujutsu or something for my kenkomishi...but it wont go through....people are douphobic in this guild..cause they make alot of them....and you can beat the mangekyo...kakashi did.....its called using bunshin instead of yourself when...HEY WAIT A MINUTE! you uchiha tryed to trick me into telling the secret of beating the mangekyo so you can evolve to make yourself unbeatable! slick and tricky you uchiha are.....

stare Uchiha. I have to admit that the Uchiha are not my favorite clan..... As in that's the reason Raine picked a fight with Ryuuku in the first place, and God damn if I can't say that was the coolest fight ever. I still don't think you should have gotten the first Toma from that though. Then again, Raine can boast he beat the Sharingan out of him XD!

But raine nearly killed him if he had one more point of damage Ryuuku would have died if that doesn't get you the Sharingan I dont know what does.

It has nothing to do with seeing chakra, or copying jutsu... It's just good against the weak...
Though, like the Sharingan, it can see slightly future sight moves... But, no where near as advanced, like, you see a move, and then you get hit... Basically, you need 4 gates open like reactions for it to be useful...

xd This is maddening...I want to train like a lunatic but I can't. There's so much I want to do with Xen and Kimiko so they can remotely slow my Otobe down when that time finally rolls around.
neutral What sort of bonus's can you usually expect a from time skip? I don't want them to become TOO strong without my supervision. That would just be no fun.
By the way, what think you all of Senkyoku for a name? Senkyo for short. It means "Chosen Song" apparently.
