well if you wanna see an improvement in your team you could always start there.
EV training makes a pbig difference in your pokes.
there are EV training guides all over the internet, but basically, by fighting lots of the same type of pokemon (say magikarp for example who rasies speed) you can make certain stats better.
there sa limit to how much... but yah, I have to go eat dinner and don't relaly have time to explain sweatdrop
