seh saves me money on wards and makes it so i doesn't afriad of physical dps It's pretty much a perfect laning item. like, im not even kidding. possible minion sweeper, critchance, life steal, armor. and free wards at exact efficiency. its cool s**t. I think it's best on junglers, personally, but I could see it being great on pretty much anyone who uses autoattacks.
It has crit chance? I thought it had attack damage. confused nope it's got Ad, you're right. It was an item i'd always pick up with tristana or yi due to the fact it made laning so much easier, but obviously it works well in a jungle environment.
