Tilting her head, she noticed he had the object he placed in his blindfold in his hands once more. Though she did not want to pry too much, she desired to know what it was. "Find something interesting?
Squirming a bit at his words, she realized he was speaking a possible truth. Perhaps that was the reason that her family had left her out in the middle of nowhere with a person they knew possessed magic. "Again, the truth is uncertain. My family did not ask permission nor leave any note as to why I was left with my master. It was several years ago that he confessed he originally had no intention of teaching me anything. Though on to other subjects ... would you like more water?"
(Ooc: I fell asleep ^^; )

*David awoke on the couch some hours(?) later, and stood up, checking his wings and arms for damages. finding none, he walked over to his corner and pulled a bottle of rum from a dimentional pocket of black and gold. This display showed that his 'old' powers of light were still there, and possiably his old self as well...*

Turning because she heard a noise, she saw David had woken. Observing what he was doing, she realized that none of his abilities seem to have been diminished, just ... different. Raising a brow, she nodded to acknowledge this, but did not speak yet.

Making an annoyed clicking sound with her tongue, she returned her attention to the bar and her cup of tea.

*His stomach rumbling, he walked up next to Ziv, and sat down.*~Ziv, you dislike seeing others suffer, no? Do you know what it is like to not have eaten a morsel in 5000 years? It is torture greater than any other imaginable...~

"Try sitting in a crater that you were blasted into, on your own world which now lie in ruins. A world you built with your own two hands shattered all around. And all you can do to help it is lie there. Unable to move. And only feel the weapon's energies burn away at you for two thousand years. You are unable to die, unable to move, unable to sleep, and unable to eat. That is real torture...You know nothing of real pain..." An angry Yawgmoth said from the raftor beams above. Crimson eyes glared down upon the two, more so at David than Ziven. "But we suppose, if you don't step away from what is ours, we will show you real pain.." his deep voice finished in a harsh tone. The Dark King leaped from the raftor beams his great weight smashing into the floorboards of the bar crushing them. He rose to his full height and glared in their direction. His long black tail whipping from the left to the right in one fast paced angry hypnotic motion. "Now move away before we get really angry..."

Now between the two males, she shifted in her seat. It was clear the moment David sat down that he was still after the same thing. "Correct, I do not wish to see others suffer. However, if one is unable to provide for themselves after 5,000 years .. theirs is a deeper problem than just finding something to eat."
The next moment, Yawgmoth's voice could be heard. To her surprise, she appreciated what he had to say. Not wanting to complicate things further though she chose to react only by tilting her head and casually taking another sip of tea.

~Yawg, no pain you could inflict upon me could compare to the pain I've put myself through. I've ripped appart my mind, and I could feel every fiber snap. Human alchemy, first to apply my old wings, I could feel every molecule move, then try to ressurect someone, and to pay the price of my wings, every atom of them exploding... Being imortal and trying to unlock the key to sharing your life with your loved ones, only to have them taken before you could finish your work. Trying to kill yourself, and not being able to, having the bullet pass through your heart, only to feel all the fibers reconnect days later... I've carved out my heart many times, only to have it return. I've been forced to watch my friends die, then accused and almost killed myself. Beaten every day, not being able to move, untill 5 generations had passed. I had tried to do good, only to have it stomped out by the likes of you. I try to do no good, with the same result. My purpouse is none, and there is little I can do to change it.~*he turned around and faced Yawg, leaning up agenst the bar*~Cheers...~*he lifted his bottle of rum to his lips and slowly drank the amber liquid down.*

"What you speak of is nothing kid. Physical pain, emotional pain. Are nothing compared to absolute and utter failure. When you spend every waking moment crafting something for eons upon eons upon eons only to watch it all fall apart in an instant and leave what you created devistated. Then you can come crying to us about how painful its been for you. We did not care that we could not move, We did not care that we could not eat or sleep, We only cared that our beautiful Phyrexia, our paradise that we had spent more years than this planet is old crafting from a pile of ******** rocks. Had been obliterated before our very eyes, And there was nothing we could do to stop it, Nothing we could do to help. When you have put so much effort into one thing only to watch it crumble. It is worse than any physical pain, any emotional pain that this universe can create. And we are damn positive you have no idea what you talk of. Now shut your trap before we shut it for you. We are not in the mood to play games tonight." Yawgmoth said and with every word the Dark King spoke streams of purple steam rose from his pores until at the end of his fiery speech his was gleaming with the dark purple light. A familiar aura to any who had beared witness to Yawgmoth's powers before. Yawgmoth raised a single finger towards David which launched a small streamline of the dark energy aimed directly at the bottle of rum he was drinking causing the glass to shatter into bits and the liquid inside the bottle to spill on him. "That is Lord Yawgmoth or Sire to a pawn like you kid. Do not address the husband of your mistress as anything less than her equal. And we said, get, away, from the girl" Yawgmoth reiterated lowering his arm.

Listening to both their speeches, she felt as if she had no right to interfere with their volley. Inhaling deeply, she nodded from time to time, absorbing everything they said. As Yawgmoth finished, she sensed that his temper was rising. Turning to see what he may be up to, she noted what he were about to do and quickly turned her head back to the bar. When the glass shattered, she winced and made a small noise of surprise. At this point, she still felt trapped, unsure of which path would lead to the least amount of hassle. With this in mind, she decided to give them a few more minutes to continue their actions before acting herself.

*brushing the shards of glass from his face, David stood, bursting into gold and black flames to dry himself. He opened a dimentional pocket, and grabbed a bottle of red wine that he threw to Lord Yawgmoth.*~here Sire, from my personal collection.~*the flames consumed him, then he appeared on the other side of the room, away from Ziven*

With a small sigh or relief, she was pleased that the conflict was over for now. Blue eyes shifted in Yawgmoth's direction to see what David had given him. With a smirk, she noted it was a bottle of red. Perhaps things were not as hopeless as they first seemed. "Never a dull moment around these parts." she said with a smile and took another sip of her tea.

Yawgmoth's tail caught the bottle and sat it atop the bar that was within reach of his extra appendage. "Shut up" Yawgmoth said flashing a quick glare at Ziven. "We'll not hear any smart a** comments from your mouth tonight either are we clear?" Yawgmoth was not in any sort of mood for Ziven's witty comebacks and sharp tongue tonight. If he was going to be angry it was to be at every living creature within his vision range.
