Ah, the comparative financial freedom of having no children. But I imagine the fuzz-babies' food and medical bills can also add up, although it's not like you have to plan for their educations and weddings. XD

Euro/Dollar not withstanding, its not terrible. A few hundred dollars here and there is not soo bad when you save for rainy days @_@ Ah... children. Such a ways away. We hope. X_x

Hanae: Yeah, I've done art auctions in the past and figured I might as well try an art shop to (attempt to) give myself more pick-and-choose freedom. We'll see how it goes. ^^

I heard somewhere that some ferrets are total sock fiends and that they'll drag them off to a secret hidey hole at every opportunity, so the socks always have to be secured somehow. XD
I can just imagine the carpet sharks viewing a baby as an awesome new toy.
*tugs all ribbons loose and booties off* Check it out! When I jump on it, it squeaks!

And eventually they somehow tire themselves out and curl up in the crook of the bewildered baby's neck or elbow or something.

It is a little fuzzy, full-size, but shrunken down it's not so bad. Maybe you can tighten it up a bit in PhotoShop. ^^
Ah, gotcha. I had a co-worker who had a nice cage and room for her ferrets but occasionally they'd get to play all around the house. (Sometimes by accident...)
