I go to Parise Island (Marine boorcamp) in three o=months and I have trouble running at my current weight I am strong and everything but running kicks my a** and I need to lose some weight so I can run better

Do steps, running on the spot, star jumps, step touches, hundreds and squats. One legged squats are an awesome bit of exercise.

Or you could just, you know, RUN. You'll lose weight fast, and you'll be doing the actual exercise you are trying to improve. Practice makes perfect. If you want to seriously improve cardio, stamina, and lose weight, then swim laps. I know its winter but try to find an indoor pool. Swimming burns more calories than any other exercise, works almost all your muscles, and puts no stress on your joints.

One legged squats are waaaaya more awesome though xD I've been working on my fitness as well, running is easy for me, but... I'm all skin and no muscle D: xD Don't ask us, only the Raikage knows, mind you most Kages won't be checking a lot right now at the very least because of the Chuunin exams.

I am running and I walk with 20 pounds weight on my ankles but I need to lose the weight or I wont be able to make time on my mile and a half... I will try the thing you adviced tho thank you

havikthecold On another note any ideas on loseing weight I gotta shead alot of weight SOON. About 30 pounds in three months... stupid boot camp Control your eating habits and exercise 4 days a week.
Stick to a high protein, low carb diet... and most importantly, as a male, do situps, crunches, and pushups daily... until it burns.
Men tend to put all of their weight on their abdomen , so the crunched, sit ups, and push ups hit the trouble area.
