*crawls into thread sobbing* it's horrible! it's snowing so much here that i have to clean my car twice a day. and today i had to dig out my car so i can get to the store for groceries. and on the way back, i got stuck in the snow twice. thank goodness for good samaritans who helped me get unstuck.
on the bright side, now that i restocked on food and toiletries, i don't have to drive anywhere for at least a week and a half. i can just walk to work.

Snowed pretty bad here too.
YesterdaY Kay had a snow day even though her school didn't.
The plows didn't make it down our streed until half an hour or so
before I'd have had to go and pick her up.
I had shoveled the drive and tried to take her...
my car just coulnt' handle it. gonk

As a cold weather girl living a temperate zone (it was 86 yesterday...and sunny), I will refrain from longing for a real winter so I don't get bopped on the head by those dealing with blizzards right now. @~@;

*Has been a hermit lately*
I'm so glad I was able to get some of this computer room organized finally. We got some bookshelves and a chest of drawers from IKEA, so now our clothes are neatly packed away and not sitting in baskets now. All of the video games and books have been placed on the shelves, and now the DVDs just have to get filed away in their place.
As for cold weather, I'm REALLY surprised it hasn't snowed here yet. I mean it's been cold enough to thats for sure, but no snow; now honestly I'm not complaining, LOL.
And omg, Nigma was being so sweeeeeeeet today :'3! He wrapped his paws around my neck and laid his head on my cheek and held it that way, like he was hugging me :'3!!! <3 Then he licks my chin and spread out on my crossed arms, watching Pete write.

Cold weather... Ugh, it hasn't been over freezing nearly all week. For us Oregonians, this is like hell frozen over.

Nami: Nothing wrong with you missing the snow. I never really cared for the snow, but I only really learned to hate it when I had to drive in it... and those times I had to walk home from school in it...
*luff on Bridgey* I miss you. <3 Of course I haven't been around enough lately either. 4laugh
Doesn't it feel good to start getting settled in?!? I wish I could finish, but with nursing every couple hours... and school... and dishes & laundry... We're settled well enough that we can function, but it's still driving me nuts I can't get everything unpacked.
Aww! That's so precscious!
Essy likes to nom on my chin. First one that's ever tried, and for some reason she keeps doing it. 4laugh Though I have to say once she gets teeth I won't be game for it anymore. *giggles*

I live in sunny palm springs. the most we ever get here is rain, which they said might happen tomorrow. But it does get SUPER freezing. maybe it's not as cold as some other places, but for us, it's insane. I've never actually been in the snow, but since it just rained this last week, the mountains are covered in snow, so i may make a trip up there.
