Well, let's start with a simple one. This is a dance that was very popular when I was in high school. It's called The Monkey.
Hold your arms out in front of you like this.
Then, wave them up and down in time to the music, while you trot your feet, see?

And this dance, is called The Twist!
...but it doesn't have to be done in mid-air. On the ground works just as well!
