"Dear god no, I'm too pretty to die." Dom says, pushing Billy out of the way, "I cook sometimes for mom and I, so it might be better if I do this."

Corrigan sits at the table, drinking his drink and reflecting on the unusual situation of having someone cook for him. Tis not the way things normally go at all. He can't think of anything to say to Billy, at least nothing he'd want to talk about with Dom around (actually, nothing he *wants* to talk about at all, but that he knows they probably should talk about).

"She's fine... I guess you know that though, since you... kinda see her everyday."

"Yeah, I guess I'm doing ok." He rolls his eyes at their parents, "Did they? I wish I could say I was surprised."


Dominic keeps giving the two of them weird looks, cuz, like, wtf?

"Well. I could use some more film for my good camera. And I could probably use some new clothes, and school supplies, and just stupid little stuff like that." He'd like to suggest they go shopping tomorrow, because maybe then they could talk, even if it's just complaining about a christmas eve saturday shopping crowd, but if he suggests it there, dom would probably wind up coming along, and he'd just be a third wheel.

Dom grins, catching on quickly, "I have to hang out with my mom tomorrow so she'll let me escape on kurisumasu anyways."

Corri smiles a little, "Ok. Sounds fun. You'd never know what film to get without me there anyways."

Dom comes over and serves the food then, cuz they need to eat so they can leave on time for billy to get to work on time.

And Corri walks part way with the unofficially dating pair. It's still quite awkward, and somehow has the effect of making both corri and dom feel like third wheels.
