I pretty much just made him so that I don't have to make Jack crazy all the time. It splits his two (technically three but I can make the neutral just whenever they don't hate each other's guts) personalities into two people. the nationalist side is still Jack, but this guy is the unionist side. I can't think of a name for him, though.
