Hee, no they aren't actually :3 You can tell who is who by their noses <3 Nigma's nose is all brown while Oswald's is peach mostly. And Nigma has more of a brown hood pattern on his head while Oswald has a more typical "bandit" mask. *Edit* If you look at my sig, you'll see what I mean :3

I know what you mean Lupess, I grew up eating and pretending to smoke candy cigarettes that when you blew on them it looked like a cloud of smoke. Really awesome candy.
