Hahaha if your a large amount above someone in CP genjutsu's don't work on them. I can work sound based genjutsu on people up too 500k cps

Still waiting on several people's answers. Now I doubt Tin or Green will be getting theirs in in time, but that still leaves Drago, Sahana, Quix and Dizzy, and that's a bit more than I'd planned on at this point.
