AlienOmega Amaya Sanra de Fanel AlienOmega Anyone gonna go see Transformers or Sicko? prolly not.. need monies for metrocon.. Isn't a Metrocon a kind of Transformer? Im guessing its a convention?

Meetup was fun! We started at Boomer's spent about 6 hrs there and way toooo much money on tokens and then went to a Restaurant/Bar called the Gypsy's Horse in Wellington for dinner and convo. They had this REALLY good live band come in and we listened to them for a bit and then left and talked for about another hour and came home. We got home about 1am so yeah I guess we had fun blaugh

And for the record (& those who were following the smack talk in the meetup thread) -- Kiss so owned King in the go-carts (1st lap pass and never looked back) but King and Willy totally owned Kiss in the mini golf. Can't speak of the laser tag as I wasn't in there but the rain canceled the water bumper cars so that wasn't done. Will post pics of the drowned golf course and peoples when I find my camera cable.

I think I would have enjoyed the restaurant...unless that's my stomach talking because I haven't eaten since this morning and won't be having anything for another hour and a half. whee No sunset on the beach or concert?

The beach and sunset pretty much got wiped by the amount of rain and clouds that kept hanging around and one can only handle being rained on for so long in down pours before it loses its charm.
And we never got around to doing the concert tickets so yeah... the restaurant was great, the atmosphere was good (Irish pub and really clean and respectable) and the music was great so it worked out really well.

Pics! heart Yeah I felt like Mario Kart after awhile! yeah they were little motorized bumper boats with water canons on them and you could steer them around this pool.
