It's an anger curse from an angry Spirit, makes her World Domination a little more plausible. But it also makes her more cruel. That is if Sammy chooses to make her RPC act like the Curse is affecting her or if it isn't. ><
EDIT: Meaning agitated or just flat out angry all the time.
