Just used an IV calculator for the first time, and I'll be damned if it isn't confusing.
I'm using the one on Serebii, and if I'm correct, the numbers in the boxes on the right, are the pokemon's actual IVs. Isn't 31 the best possible? Because the first Munchlax I tested had 14/14/28/9/14 with defense being the highest.

Its cool I'm pretty sure you were offline when I posted it. Other than my slight melt down at the fact that I may have to start all over I mentioned I have a Normal team which I'd like to use if there's an E4 or gym spot that opens up... But now that you ask if I had any ideas I think it would be cool if gyms had maybe like one person you had to battle before you could get to the gym leader although that would make things a lot more complicated... So from that idea maybe if there was a victory road with trainers you had to battle before the E4. Making the league a little more like the game.
Edit: @Bunny I meant I need a pic of it so that I could set up a new badge case with a place for your badge.

♥ " Well first I gotta talk with our current leaders and find out who actually wants to keep their gym, so after that I'll prolly reopen gym applications once more. I know it sucks having to restart but it'll also bring activity bac. Also I found an awesome set of badges I thought would be cool to use for our gyms, gotta figure out which ones would go for what gym. I also thought maybe having more than only 8 gyms, and have one for each type or something? As for adding more trainers, we face a problem with that because if they aren't active enough it slows us down even more, so I don't know. Maybe along with a badge they gym leaders could also give out a TM and item or something like the games idk lol " ~ ₤ive ₣rεε™

Could you hurry, sir... Daddy says there's not much time. A Gym of each type would be a beast to have to go through, but it sounds like a fairly good idea. The only thing that I'm wondering is...there are seventeen types, which would mean seventeen people would be Leaders. Then on top of that, there are the E4 and the Champion. That's 22 people involved in the Pokemon League. Do we have enough active members for that AND to have a decent amount of challengers? O: You see, she's been sick for quite a while,
and I know these shoes would make her smile,
and I want her to look beautiful...

Yep I realized the extra trainers would slow down a lot, I can't say giving TMs wouldn't be to good, it'll be a hassle to get enough if so many people come and once B/W come out that will be pointless and that will put a lovely spin to the league.
Oh and I can start challenging for the rank ladder now right?

I think this is pretty much the only guild I've been in where there ISN'T a gym of each type... as such, gym leader positions are more exalted/limited, and thus all the better when you get it.
however if you did wanna do it that way, I suggest keeping the tiers, so while there are 17 gyms, you only have 2 beat 8, a couple from each tier.
that way, someone cant find the 8 easiest gyms and get through to the E4.
also, we could put in some sort of a "points" based prize system, beating a gym leader for the first time gets you some points, and beating all of the gym leaders in one tier gets you some extra bonus points.
this encourages people to try and beat gym leaders they dont need to.
also, special points for beating challanges, such as... beating 8 gyms with all NU pokemon, or beating a gym with all pokemon of the same type, (beating a water gym with all water pokes) or beating a gym with only pokemon that are strong against you, (beating a grass gym with water types)
umm yah, thats a lot.
but having a point system that rewards people for being active, and battling all of the gym leaders (possibly multiple times) will help the guild I think =3
