BUT Blood red eyes can disrupt the effect of ALL forms of byakugan making genjutsu effective against you. It doesn't say that specifically..I exploit that...ALOT! Nope, but it says it has all the weaknesses of normal byakugan, and Blood red eyes can effect normal byakugan, meaning byakugan has a weakness to it, so thus, so does neo. ACTUALLY, Since your going on a technical note, It is NOT listed as a weakness, therefore it is not. Also it is lv 1 versus lv 2 bloodline 2 would win. What it exactly says is: Allows the user to interrupt with all forms of Bakyagun effects ALL FORMS. And blood red eyes is a LVL 2 bloodline.

The Fall is Inevitable All forms, including Neo. ALL Includes variants. ALL is Everything. It doesn't say ALL forms, It says: Allows the user to interrupt with all forms of Bakyagun effects, stopping its abilities. Allows real chakra clones to attack. Neo Byakugan and Byakugan's effects are completely different.

This is a loophole.
Neo Byakugan is still byakugan. Nowhere does it say it evolves into resisting the blood red eyes.
So therefore, my loophole and yours cancel eachother out.
It's not resistant.

Are they not both Byakugan? Therefore, are the effects of Ranmaru's eyes not directed to the effects of EVERY type of byakugan? That eye is by no means invincible. If the level one stage of Ranmaru's eye effects the normal Byakugan, then what's to say the stage two Ranmaru's eye won't effect the level two (Neo) Byakugan?

Neo is Neo..It can "Disrupt" the effects of Byakugan within Neo but not it's other effects..Meaning it's ability to see underground and control ones chakra network.

I suppose you could say that the Neo is a stage more powerful, meaning that it surpasses the typical Ranmaru's eyes. However, I leave this debate up to you guys; I'm pretty uneducated in the ways of Ranmaru's eyes, so what I'm saying now is mainly off common sense.
