Well, I don't watch a lot of TV or I'd post in this thread just because I feel bad for Zach. XP

QI and Have I Got News For You are awesome, but nowhere near any of the genres of television you guys have brought up.
Wait, I didn't get the second part. I'm confused.O.o

This is what I get for living in a completely different country.

QI and Have I Got News For You. I watch Doctor Who, too, but I'm not crazy about it.
So these are shows?

I have also been having a good television experience this week. Prison Break, Veronica Mars, Heroes, And Gilmore Girls were great..And 24 was decent. Hopefully it will keep up with Smallville and Supernatural. Also, you can start watching full episodes of tv shows for the Cw on thier website for free!!!

Off the top of my head:

That I watch/would watch if I had the time? Extras, Hustle, Life on Mars, Spooks, Balderdash & Piffle, Doctor Who, QI, Have I Got News For You.

That I don't watch but other people seem to love? EastEnders, Hollyoaks, the Catherine Tate Show, Little Britain, Casualty/Holby City.

Classic British television: The Office, Only Fools and Horses, Blackadder, Red Dwarf. Um, there's obviously a lot more but I can't remember on the spot.

FiF recommends: Extras - situational comedy based on the work lives of extras with celebrity guest stars (Orlando Bloom and Daniel Radcliffe were particularly hilarious) from the creators of the Office.

The Office - goes without saying; I know they made an American version anyway.

Hustle - crime drama about a group of "long con" con artists.

Spooks - spy drama about the Secret Intelligence Services (i.e. MI5).

Only Fools and Horses - I think it's Britain's favourite comedy, or something ridiculous like that. It's set in the East End and a lot of the humour is based in British culture, though.

Blackadder - starring Rowan Atkinson (Mr Bean), "historical" comedy.

Red Dwarf - long-running sci-fi comedy.

Honourable mention: it's a film, but Withnail & I is legendary.

Oh cool...Which American shows do they show over there?

Most of the more mainstream stuff, I guess: Lost, 24, Desperate Housewives, Smallville, the OC, Friends, Buffy/Angel, etc.

Omg....I loved the supernatural episode. It was funny, smart, and the ending was brillant! And wow, dean is such an awsome character. Oh, and I lov ed the part where hes staring at the two ladies and realizes the one that looked dead was the shape shifter.

Although I find it highly unlikely that there is a show better than Smallville, I find that Heroes is neck and neck with Smallville <3

I think Smallville is an excellent show. The episodes are consistently always engaging and the plot is very smart and strong. In addition to that, Smallville is a mix of many genres-action, humour, romance, suspense, and a little bit of drama.

There are some show on the same level as Smallville, however. I enjoy Gilmore Girls and Veronica Mars.
