Hello everybody,
It sounds like you guys have fun schools. When I was in High School, all we had was spirit week and diversity week (both with pep rallies on Friday). Now that I'm in college, that stuff has pretty much gone kaput, unless you and your friends decide to do something on your own free will (and with practice and homework, it's sometimes hard to collaborate schedules).
So how is the Hufflepuff house doing? I hope everyone is doing fine. I'm new to this guild and just getting the hang of things.

Well welcome both of you. I'm actually shocked I'm on soon enough to notice we have new members. Though this could be really bad since I'm at high school right now. I'm in Computer Tech, and it's a college class. It's my goal to get my associates degree by the time I graduate high school. It's rough, but I'll make it I think. ANyways, welcome to Hufflepuff. I hope you enjoy it here.

I decided to change my colors because Gryffindor is red, and purple is a neutural color!
Welcome charchar89!! I hope you enjoy your stay in the Noble house of Hufflepuff!!
So everyone, I will be gone from Gaia from March 15 - 20. I am going to Chicago for a band trip and I am pretty sure that we are not going to have any time to get on computers at the Hotel. I am sure that there is wireless at the hotel, but seeing as we are not aloud to bring our school laptops, I can't get on.

I feel so silly for asking, but are you in a band, gerp? surprised That's fantastic! What do you do? Sing? Play guitar? Something else? I feel a little envious, I can't sing/play any instrument without hurting people's hearing, so I try not to. *Laugh*
Tell us how it went when you come back though.

I am in a my school's concert band and I play the clarinet! 3rd chair and proud of it XD! I wish I knew how to play the guitar though. I really wish I could.

I used to be in band all through middle school. I also played the clarinet. I miss playing sometimes, but I guess it is a good thing i still have it.
Hey did any of you hear about the 7th Harry Potter film being split in to two. One is being released Nov. 2010 and the other in May 2011. I don't want to wait that long. But I guess that is what has to happen so we can get all the details. I just wish it was sooner. What do you guys think?

I am coming by to say goodbye!! I leave in the morning at 4 but I plan on staying up all night because i odn't see the point in going to sleep because it would only get like 3 1/2 hours of sleep and that makes me really cranky!!
Elder Butterfly, I think its awesome that you used to play clarinet. I don't that bands give enough recgonition to us, its mainly brass.
Well, I am off to read a WHOLE BUNCH of fanfics until 3 in the morning w00t....
Talk to ya'll on Wednesday!!!

AufWeidersehen!! I know they do not give not enough regonition to us. A band would not sound as good with out them. They clarinets have very good ranges. Haave fun reading the fanfic! biggrin

I don't do band. Or any music for that matter. I have not had the money for things like that. Instead I'm a dramatic and perform on stage now and then. Though because of my creative writing I was prevailed upon to drop drama for the year.
I know how you feel about staying up all night. I was going on a trek (Relious camp where we walk and pull handcarts behind us for miles on end) at 4:30 in the morning and I was up late doing Astronomy homework so my boyfriend and I did our best to ignore my drunk brother and then went over to the church. I didn't return for several days so my brother was not happy because he didn't know the full story since he was drunk and didn't live with us.
Changing colors is a good idea actually. And for those of you in Quidditch, WHERE DO YOU WANT ME TO ANNOUNCE PRACTICE? I only had Rayvyn show up, and gerp was the only one who told me she would not be able to make it. I don't have time to pm everyone all the time.

You said you're in Concert Band, but are you in your school's Marching Band too?

I'm not new to Hogwarts, but I've been here for about a month or two. I have been very busy lately, spending all my time in the library. I ran into Hermione a couple times, I don't talk to her much. She always tells people that whatever they're doing is wrong. So she's kind of a snob.
