I did... in my opinion, drawing out the initial entry into the guild will take too much time that they lose intrest and and move on to another guild or whatnot.
plus, i perfer to measure members on how they do within the guild, not deny them the chance to come in.

The last person we let in was very ill-literate and totally god modding. He had NO idea how to roleplay and it bothered me. I don't mind using the time and anyways, if they have the patience to give me a RPs smaple that os proof that they are dedicated enough.

I figured you had a past member that was let in like that.. -shrugs- there will e people like that no matter what.
my biggest problem was that i didn't want to take the time myself to pm them and ask something that is extracurrectirl *spelling* of them, then take the time to read it myself and grade it... v.v
on top of having other moderators who may or may not msg that same person asking for the same thing.
but i will leave that choice up to you if that is what you want. i just saw that there were two users who had applied 4 days ago razz

it is a bit annoying having epopel post one or two times, just enough to get in to the story, then drop the guild and leaves the story hanging.

That has been happening since i made the guild. i think i've had a total of like.... 10 users actually keep up with RPs, excluding the new guys i haven't meet yet (yes, that is you too baldwin)
anyway, i'll keep russian_lyracist (i can't remember her real name at the moment....) in captain, as i don't know if my mission tempo will pick up or not.

dont you love the free wireless internet over there? The guys in my unit thats been deployed talked about it non-stop....because if your not on guard tower or strolling the streets, your sitting there baking...in the sun.
