Then do not waste that which I spill for you. Lap it up, cub. Your reward for your obediance.
*Bailey smirked and would watch Dagoth, especially as he began to feed on the blood, waiting to see if the taste would drive him to DARE try and take from the source. That would not be tolerated, but he DID want to see Dagoth's beast rise, let the crowd feel it.
He'd let Dagoth have four, maybe five pints before the source would be cut off again, leaving Dagoth a little better off, but barely fed at all by his standards. There was a reason he was feeding him. This night, he would be left alone, and Bailey knew there was going to be an attack on him while the club was empty, but he did not warn the cainite of this, just watched him*

Dagoth dropped to his knees fully, lapping the pool as he did long slurps of the thick red vitae. The age was heady rush to the cainite, life times of experience streamed deep within the blood. Dagoth however was careful not to absorb it all just yet, carefull streaming what all cainite craved through his own filters and checks. Before joining within hiimself, Dagoth could feel the very spark of a true elder racing through him. The bloody smirk cracking his pale features, as the very last drop seaped into his skin. Once the club was empty and Dagoth sat leaning against Bailey's chair. Dagoth's mind feel inwards his usually state of meditation, favorite songs, places moments replying slowly through his mind. The same dance he did everytime he did what some classed as sleep, Dagoth could barely remember the last time he had this much free time to himself.

Rest well cub... tomorrow, there will be more to do, another chance for glory or death.
*Bailey smiled, stroked Dagoth's head, then walked out of the club.
Darkness. Silence. Only the sounds of the beasts and captives below, shifting in the rest through the day. 5am...6am...7am.... total quiet. 8, 9, 10am... all the way to 1pm. ANd THEN there was a noise. The sound of a window cracking open, then a slight creak as a body landed on the floor.
Silence.
Yet the feel of something drawing closer. A few more creaks, then... a slthering strike woudl come from Dagoth's left, a MASSIVE dark cobra lashing out to poison him. Instantly following, three blow darts from teh darkness to the right*

The attacks hit home, the cainite slumping forward as the poisens quickly took to work. Dagoth shook as the nerves fired repeatedly, the body slowly began to steady itself. He didn't move again, until a small clapping sound echoed through the fang. Dagoth lent against the rails into the pit, watching as his own still form broke down and rushed towards him. Wet slapping noises breaking the claps as it collided with his feet.
" I must say I'm impressed. Not many break in here with such ease. You can come out now, I know where you are. "

s**t hes loose! GET HIM!
*One man stepped into the light, dressed almost tribal African style, he rushed Dagoth with spear and dagger, proficient in both and FAST. A second man stepped out, presumably the snake? His speciality was mind skills and poisons, He woudl wait to either catch Dagoth's eye, or strike again.
Slowly, up the side of the pit.. a scorpion crawled, hoping to poison Dagoth from behind*

There was a brief slience before the soft slapping of wet jaws, the muffled agony sweeped forward towards the pit area. The spear man spun around keeping his eyes on both Dagoth and where his comrade was standing, he could just about make out the horrified expression before the shadows began consuming him. The final gasping sounds of chokes and pain before the silence once again filled the fang.
"Now your wondering, how did he do that? Well theres a great many things in this life you don't know, but today...today you faced your ruin."
Dagoth stepped forward out of the shadows of the chair still chained as tightly as ever, he loved that shocked and confused look, the realisation that his prey was running on automatic now. Dagoth watched as the spear was rasied to defend, but simply promoted a laugh from the cainite. The spearman looked at his legs when he met the stone gaze of Dagoth, he could see the tide of red chasing upwards through his clothes. His legs loosing their old strength, the stench of open sores, poxes and boils bursting through the skin.
The spearman dropped to his knees as his body caved into the thousands of plagues torturing his body, Dagoth picked the scorpian up by its stinger and watched with glee as it flailed at him. Slashing it claws trying rise up and attack, a quick flick of the wrist and the beasts spine was shattered. The corpse thrown against the last of the dying assassins, Dagoth walked to the edge of chains length before crouching down so he was eye level with his prey.
"I don't care who sent you or even why. But I do know they are watching, so this is me raising a finger. Next time it will be a fist."
Dagoth stood and walked back to his spot to return to his meditation, he grinned one final time as the last bangs of exsistance escaped from the assassin. Least this night wasn't boring.

The following evening, Bailey was first to arrive, and chuckled as he came across the two dead pox ridden corpses at his pet's feet. Applauding gently, he went to Dagoth, fed him, and prepared for another night of enforced combat.
Tonight though, the Cainite elder seemed distant, caught up in thoughts and images behind his own eyes, a deep seated worry marring his coffee coloured hide as he watched the fights. He barely batted an eye at the carnage Reinholdt's champion caused, or the horror of the cowled man feeding as he was finally given rein to do. the crowd was aghast, and indeed, when Dagoth was next invited to the pit, Bailey barely watched as no doubt Dagoth would go beyond even what the cowled man was willing to show.
So it was for night after night. Bailey barely seemed present as the tournaments final stages came ot effect, agreeing without passion or interest to suggested restrictions on his champion as his mind wandered elsewhere.
Soon enough, there would be but the cowled man and Dagoth left, and all else dead and dismembered. And yet still, in the night off before the final fight, Bailey seemed distant and aloof, even allowing Dagoth to feed at his wrist without playing up the role he held over the crimson haired cainite*

*The Chasm. So long had it sat silent. With both brother's gone, the place had reverted, and drastically. What had been a carved out chasm in the icy flats, was gone. All there was now was the vast expanse of sheet ice, so thick it seemed black, and the intimidating forests of ice trees rising from the vastness. With their twisted trunks of dark iron bark, cased over with ice, they formed gnarled and horrific shapes, new sproutlings covering where the chasm once opened below them, trying to obscure the land.
Prehaps the biggest indication of destruction was the snow. It feel in heavy drifts, compacting on top of anything it touched, obscuring all that once was, nullifying and eradicating all shape. NEVER had it snowed here while the brothers had been in residence.
And yet now... now, something was changing. Beneath a large drift of snow, horrific sounds of cracking ice could be heard. Long, tortured ruptring shrieks filled the air as ice tore itself apart, sendng jagged spikes into the snow filled sky as holes opened up all across the expanse of the old flats. From out of them came horrors. A thousand statues, of living flesh held frozen, now broke free. Some had been mangled by the destruction o fthe chasm's masters, or the chasm itself, or the crushing ice moving in if they had not been encasd INSIDE it already. But many were as 'whole' and 'perfect' as the day they had been worked on. A hundred Corbin's rose from the cold, some human, ome Kindred, some Midian, some Faunised. All screaming. Such pained, terrible howls. Behind them came various versions of Faye, and a few other DeSeer's.
They were 'led' by a version of Iden of all people. This was the only craftee not screaming, not clawing at the unfamiliar throat shapes, or staggering from the contorted figures of their bodies compared to what they HAD been before Ice. Women turned into copies of Midian struggled worst of all, weeping for the sounds of their own screams, a perfect pitch for Corbin, rather than themselves. Many simply clawed their own eyes out or fell by the way side, to slowly join the snow which blanketed them. But three times as many followed the limping Iden figure... and started to dig. When their claws hit hard ice, they dug, clawed and smashed into it, not caring if their hands bled, or pain further wracked the twisted forms they bore. They dug as if driven, until a wide hole tunnelled down into the ice, and they hit... water? Warmth, rising from below, a deep red in the black ice pulsing slowly.
Their own screams stopped, to instead be replaced by a whistling howling, a whispering sussurrus, trapped behind the ice through which they had dug. Slithering into the hole, down through the layer of warm water, the constructs vanished, leaving only teh dead, already covered by snow, and fading into it. Again, the chasm lay silent, the hole in the ice sheet pulsing as the only guiding light in the plane.
Whatever was afoot, it again lay dormant for now, but this was far from over.*

*The next 'day' the ice flats were still quiet. The hole in the vast expanse continued to glow, but it would be 'midday' before the glow changed and started to pulse softly, like a heartbeat, though no sound came from it.
An hour later, a figure struggled upwards out of the hole, water streaming off its body as it straightened up and stared up at the sky, so dark and brooding grey as the snow fell. Each flake melted on the drenched figure, which steamed lightly in the cold, as if it had just emerged from a hot spring. When it finally shook off its hair, it became clear this was the Iden figure once more.
Theprevious day, it had been silent, but today... today it opened its lungs, its full throat and it ROARED. The voice was distinctly Iden's, but the savagery behind it was unparalled, and something the true Iden would never have given voice to. The scream reverberatedoff the trees of the warped forest, the cold hard ice, and punctured into the thick snow drifts. Spreading his arms, something clutched in one hand, the Iden figure roared again,a nd this time, the very clouds FLED at his voice.
Grey-brown snow clouds shot outwards towards the horizon, spiralled and dissiapted, leaving in their wake a crystalline sky. stars shone in the inky-blue surface, the deep blue-black fading to brilliant cyan and clear diamon in teh places, like the sky was the roof of a cave of ice. Slowly, it too began to melt. Torential rain poured down, without a cloud in the sky, washing away the snow, though the ice remained a constant, too cold even to melt under THIS onslaght.
This left the waters that fell to drain into the previous days' hole, creating a lake drop by drop that started to fill it, whiel the Iden figure started to walk forwards, purposefully.
In its hand, it was carrying what looked like a mask. Sliding it up towards his face, the figure was lost in the vision-obscuring downpour, to continue the nefarious work begun here. Time kept ticking away.
Tick, tock. Tick, tock. Tick, tock.*

Will hadn't needed to say a word. Iden was already prepped and good to go; all weapons were locked, loaded, and primed to fire. In his hands was the assault rifle: a modified HK 416 chambered to fire a 7.62 round more commonly seen in AK 47 and similar weapons. At his sides were the dual shotguns, and of course his .45s were holstered under each arm.
Yoh's quip was ignored; Iden was too focused on what lay ahead. He wasn't sure, but he had an idea where they were heading, judging by the distance and direction...
Get us as close as you can before we unload. I hope you don't mind risking the car, mate; I doubt anything up there'll be happy to leave us a quick route out.

*An eruption of chirping came form the back seat. Yoh spoke in a clipped voice, in an archaic language. In response, the gold dragon darted off his shoulder and flew out teh car window, flittering swiftly towards the cave entrances ahead*
Probably dont need to tell you, but thats not a natural formation ahead and its giving off weird resonance.
*A few more chirps, this time from the other dragon, still on his shoulder*
...Yang informs me its a labyrinth. Hands up who wants to play with the minotaur first?

"No need to bother, this car is easily replaceable; that is why I chose it, if the s**t hits the fan I'm going to run it right the ******** over."
Heading up the path at a steady and sane speed, William kept one hand on the wheel and one hand one the massive shotgun in his lap; ready for anything and everything that could come at them. Soon enough though the entrance would come into view, the cave entrance looming at them from out of the darkness.
"Well kids, where here."

And out the door he went. Iden was wasting no time; he had his feet on the dirt as soon as it was safe enough to do such. Rifle in hand, he began to advance just slow enough that he wouldn't leave his brethren behind.
Will, I hate to say it, but you're on point. You've got the nose.
Pause. No sign of anything yet, but he wasn't quite sure he liked that. Labyrinth...this was a familiar sense of deja vu. He was not looking forward to this.

*Followng Iden and Will out, Yoh shifted forms. for the first time, william would get to see why Yoachi didnt really carry much in the way of guns. He didnt NEED to.
Over the course of a minute, accompanied by the sounds of tearing flesh and popping bone, the small 5ft elf grew to 7ft tall, covered in scales, with two enxtra arms and no legs. Naga form. His head became a powerful wedge shape, snout snorting spray as his red eyes pierced the gloom, the quills lining his head quivering as he sniffed.
Around him, the silver dragon darted and chirped, until they were rejoined by the gold dragon. Both little beasts burrowed into the crossed straps of pouches hanging over Yoachi;s powerful chest as he undulated towards the back of the first cave*
There's nothing living OR dead in the cave, Yang has found a series of five caves. The next one is accessible through a cold water poll at the back here, then splits into three. There are spatial distortions at the back of each of those. I cannot tell whats beyond each until we go through it.
You;re the brains Iden, Will's the brawn, I'll play reguard, shall I?
*When Yoh spoke, his voice was much deeper and seemed to have a gurlig rumble to accompany it. That he was speaking so showed he was expecting this to end badly, his tone changed to what USED to be known as 'Red', nbut was now more like his game face*

Watching as Yoh's form began to shift and evolve, William just quirked an eyebrow and wondered how many more shape-shifters he was going to be related to in this family of his.
"After me then?"
Moving into the mouth of the cave, William would sweep his weapon around the cave, checking for hidden enemies, passages, or anything that might be of use before calling the all clear and heading inside; scenting the entire way for both the trail and anything that might want to surprise them.
