Tamao
"Hi, I'm Tamao. Tamao Suzumi. I'll be your new roommate, pleased to make your acquaintance." Tamao reached out and shook Hedoro's hand vigorously, bobbing it up and down several times before freeing it. She smiled warmly at her new roommate, even though they looked a bit odd. Clad from head to toe in dirty clothes and rags, the only reason she even knew that Hedoro was presumably a girl was that this was the girl's dorms. If Hedoro was a boy, and with that outfit, it was certainly possible!, then 'he' would have been sent to the boys' dorm instead. But she'd been sent here, so that meant she was a girl. Tamao went ahead and gave a little welcoming speech, she'd been thinking about it for an hour or two. She welcomed Hedoro once more, and gave her a brief description of the Academy as a whole, and herself. If they were to be friends, they had to know about each other, didn't they? Once her speech came to a stop, she smiled again, wondering if Hedoro would have any questions about anything she just heard.

Hedoro
Hedoro stared at the outstretched hand, was this girl for real? Nobody was that friendly to a complete stranger if they didn't have to be, were they? Apparantly this girl was, because she didn't even wait for Hedoro to take her hand. She took the initiative and grabbed Hedoro's hand, shaking it energetically. Hedoro scowled, and shook her hand free once Tamao had stopped shaking it. "I'm Hedoro." She gave her roommate her name, it would have just been a hassle if Tamao didn't know what to call her. That probably wouldn't stop her, though. These cheerful types always found a way around problems like that. And speaking of cheerful, there she was smiling again. She was almost too happy, was she faking it? No, it seemed real enough. Hedoro listened patiently as Tamao went into a little speech about the Academy and about her. She didn't interrupt, she may have been rude but she wasn't crude! It wasn't a long speech, Tamao finished speaking ad waited expectantly. Was she waiting for a compliment? No, that wasn't it. Maybe a question? That seemed likely. Hedoro thought for a moment, trying to think of a question to show she'd been paying attention. "So, Tamao. Why do you want to be a ninja?"

Tamao
Tamao smiled before going into an answer, Hedoro certainly went right for the point, didn't she? That was fine, she didn't have anything to hide, really. She put her thoughts together as she decided just what to say to answer her roommate's question. It wasn't really a hard question, but a simple answer wouldn't be very interesting. And while she wasn't ashamed of her past or trying to hide it, she didn't want to go around advertising it. "Well, mostly, I want to be strong. I realized I was weak, too weak, and being a ninja seemed the best way to become strong, strong enough to support myself. How about you?" She hoped it wasn't prying of her to ask that, but she was just returning the question. If Hedoro hadn't been comfortable with that line of question, she wouldn't have brought it up, right? Probably not. Tamao tried to guess what possible reason this unique individual would say, if it was some super secret reason or something. But of course, trying to anticipate the answer was more or less impossible, she hardly knew this person at all. She'd just have to wait and hear the answer to find it out.

Hedoro
She hadn't expected that! Hedoro was surprised, their reasons for being here were more or less the same! There were lots of reasons to become a ninja; it's cool, they want to be powerful, revenge, lifelong dream, family tradition, and yes, becoming stronger. What were the odds that two complete strangers would wind up roommates and have the same reason for wanting to be ninjas? "Actually, the same. I need to be stronger, to protect myself." She didn't go into any details of her situation, it really wasn't Tamao's business, after all. And it wouldn't change anything, if some random girl knew the situation, would it? Unless, of course, they were to tell someone else, and word got back to those who were after her. All the more reason to not say too much. So she left it at that and looked a bit more around the room she'd be sharing with Tamao for some time. It looked good enough, she'd slept in much worse places, so she was in no position to criticize. A roof, and at least some degree of safety, that was actually miles above what she had had until just recently. Anything beyond the bare essentials wasn't really needed, she could make do without it.

Tamao
"Wow, you have the same reason as me! Isn't that cool! But what do you have to protect yourself from, are you a princess or something?" Tamao's eyes lit up a little, she'd always loved princess stories. Wouldn't it just be so cool if Hedoro was one? And those grungy clothes she was wearing was a disguise, so that the evil prince wouldn't find her and force her to marry him! But then the brave knight showed up, challenging the prince to a duel, and ultimately winning! The princess was saved, and rode off into the sunset with the prince. It was so romantic! She snapped alert with a jump; she'd been daydreaming again! It didn't happen too often, but every once in a while, her thoughts got the best of her. She looked around, she saw Hedoro had moved further into the room, looking around. She hoped she liked it, Tamao had spent a bit of time tidying it up, doing a few little tasks to make it seem more friendly. Nothing big, she hadn't wanted to spend all day cleaning up a room, but enough to make it feel kind of cozy.

Hedoro
"A princess? No, that's ridiculous, I'm no princess. Let's just say, there's some people who want to find me, and I don't want them to." Hedoro nearly shook her head in half-disgust, but stopped herself. Even so, seriously, a princess? Where had she gotten that idea from? She realized that somehow she had said more than she intended, how had that happened? Was it because of Tamao? Her carefree attitude made it harder to be on guard against slipups like that. In her own way, she was dangerous too. Hedoro would have to be careful in the future. But as for now, there was no use in trying to take back what she'd said. She sat down on the other bed, then leaned back. They'd exchanged pleasantries and apparantly decided who got which bed. It didn't seem like there was anything else that needed to be said. She rolled over and tried to go to sleep.

Tamao
"Oh, I see. That certainly sounds dangerous. Don't worry, you're safe here." Tamao sat down on the second bed, looking around. Somehow, having a second person in here made it feel a little more cramped. But it wasn't quite a bad feeling, it made it feel more... lived in? Warm? She smiled, her roommate was certainly interesting. All those clothes hiding what she looked like from the world. She couldn't help it, Tamao wanted to see what her roommate actually looked like, not just a mask and bandages. Finally, her curiosity got the best of her and she turned around on her bed to ask Hedoro about why she wore so much clothes. But just before she asked, she saw Hedoro roll over. Was she already going to sleep? It wasn't even time for supper yet, wasn't she hungry? Well, that was okay, maybe she'd had a long trip. She sat back up, and looked at the time. Yeah, it was about time to get going, she didn't want to be late. She'd see if she could bring something back for Hedoro, instead of trying to wake her up for supper.

"Now on to the final task to completing your training. After this you will now be a genin. For this task we must head over to where trees grow." Tai and his sensei walked to an oasis in the desert with a few tall palm trees. "Now i will teach you the art of tree climbing. You needed to complete the water walking skill before you could attempt this. Over all its the same basic principal, focusing chakra in your feet, except you will use it to walk up the tree." Said the sensei about to demonstrate. Again he focused chakra in his feet and it had the same blue-ish glow. He then proceeded to walk up the tree. As his foot touched the trunk of the tree, it remained stuck and he continued to walk up the tree horizontally.

Hedoro
Hedoro heard Tamao get up and walk out of the room. Good. She had thought that the cheerful girl might have tried waking her up. Not that she'd actually been sleeping. Old habits died hard, and she had trouble falling asleep when there were other people nearby. She'd have to get used to it now, or she'd hardly ever get any sleep. But now that Tamao had left, maybe she could doze off, get some sleep before she came back. Slowly but surely, she began to drift off into a somewhat restive slumber. While she slept, she undoubtedly dream, and like usual, the dreams were less than pleasant. But she didn't wake up, whether through force of will or just happenstance. Either way, she would still be asleep whenever Tamao chose to return. As deep of a sleep as she might even be in, she usually woke up pretty good whenever somebody intruded on her, a habit borne from necessity.

Tamao
Tamao walked down the hallway, then turned and walked down the stairs. It was about time for supper, she didn't want to be late. Surprisingly, the food was pretty good, and even more so after a day of hard work training and studying. She grabbed a tray with a simple selection, just a bowl of soup, a baked potato and a chicken and rice dish. Grabbing a drink, she moved to an empty seat at a table and joined in on the conversation. As she talked, she ate a bit of her meal here and there, stretching what would normally be a simple meal into a lengthy event. But even so, she finished after a time, and told her friends she'd see them in the morning. Dropping off her dishes, she almost forgot to grab something for Hedoro. Picking up a second tray, this time choosing things that would hopefully still taste good if they got cold, she walked back up to her room. It was hard maneuvering the tray as she walked; even with her ninja practice, she wasn't the picture of balance and poise. But she made it without spilling, and got the door open. Looking in, she saw that Hedoro was still seemingly asleep. She set the tray down with a note, and decided to call it a night herself. Since her roommate was asleep, she went ahead and changed into her nightclothes and turned the lights out. Sliding into bed, she told Hedoro good night before going to sleep herself.

Hedoro
Hedoro jerked awake, her mind instantly aware. Looking around, she immediately remembered where she was, her new room at the Ninja Academy. It was early morning, barely dawn. The sun had just started to rise, tinting everything in an orangish-pink. She sat up and checked her disguise, everything still seemed more or less in place. The multiple layers allowed a good degree of shifting without ever baring any part of her, so these checks were largely unnecessary. Even so, she did them regularly, straightening up her shabby clothes fastidiously. Getting up, she looked around the room, to see what had changed. Tamao was laying in the other bed, sound asleep. And there was also a tray of food sitting on the desk, with a note next to it. She walked up to the desk and read the note. Tamao had brought her supper, or rather breakfast? That was nice of her, she didn't have to do that. She dug in, even though the food was cold it was still food. As for taste, she didn't really notice, the way she ate wasn't quite suited for taste most of the times. She could taste things if she concentrated on it, but otherwise it was just food. She grabbed a pen from the desk and wrote on the back of the note, thanking Tamao for picking something up for her. She grabbed the tray and walked out of the room, wanting to get an early start on the day. Maybe a quick walk or something?

Tamao
Tamao woke not terribly long after Hedoro had left, siting up in bed and stretching contentedly. The sun was shining in, warming her bed, making her feel all comfy and stuff. She got up, washed her face and brushed her teeth, and got dressed. Classes didn't start for some time yet, at least two more hours, so she had some free time. She wasn't sure what she should do, maybe study, or go for some morning calisthenics. Maybe Hedoro would have an idea? But when she looked over at the other bed, her new roommate was already gone. Hedoro must have left before she woke up, she must be an early riser. Tamao made both of their beds and decided to do a little studying. Pulling out some of her books, she was all set to begin when she noticed her note was still on the table. Hadn't Hedoro even read it? That was kind of rude. She was about to toss it out when she saw the writing on the back. A thank you? So she had seen it. Tamao smiled, maybe her roommate was a nicer person than she looked?

"OK I'm gonna do three clones then!" he pumped a f ist into the sir before taking his stance. "Bunshin no jutsu!" he called letting his hands flow easly through the different handseals. With a small poof there were 4 Akumas instead of just one. They each identical to one another and even moved in unison. "OH YEAH! My first technique completed." with a nod of aproval Akuma let the clones disapate. (3/3)
"now were going to move on to the next technique, kawamari no jutsu. The art of substitution. So to start try and attack me," Saizo dropped into a defensive stance.
"Uhhhmm... sure why not." Akuma leaped forward drawing one of the two knives in his sleeves slashing at his teacher. Saizo of much quicker of course and simply skipped backward.
"come one you've got to be able to do better then that."
Akuma didn't reply he just leaped forward slashing in the same slow manner, but this time drawing the other knife and slashing much quicker with this one. This caught Saizo off-gaurd and the blade sunk into his side, but then he vanished in a puff of smoke and was replaced by a log. "nani?"(1/4)

((hey blood ^_^ welcome to the guild. I think I should go over some guidelines that'll help you out. you need to rp out at least 5 lines. each of these 5 line posts count as 100 skill points. You use these skill points to learn moves. you can also leave this academy whenever you want but be warned you will not be able to come back to it. So I advise you to get the skills like henge, substitution, and those. You really don't need weight training and those. once you are done you are free to go to your home town and gather more echniques. Also did you make a profile yet?))
