"Moonshot?" He murmured. He, for one, didn't know much about the wolf. As he understood it, the wolf was bad news, but his other side.... well, that wasn't great either, but not as bad. What he could do was add two and two together, and figured they were related. "Right. Hold here, I'm going to check on it myself. Haden, stay here and watch Moonshock." He said. He could scarcely believe the words that were coming out of his mouth, really. He was finally taking command of a situation, the way Sonic would....

Tails ran through the hallways, no longer caring about the emeralds or the fight. He was attempting to save a valuble friend and asset to saving the world from Eggman.

Every action alters the course of the future.

As Tails ran ahead, turning corners toward where the electricity could be controlled, he reflected on that speech from long ago.

Our actions here will be forgotten, but they will alter the future in every way imaginable.

He spun around a corridor and saw the door at the end of the hallway, a large read 'Danger! High Voltage' above it, and a high secruity lock was placed on it. But it didn't matter much, as the door was bypassed through a large gaping hole right next to it. Tails hesistated only a moment before dashing down the hallway.

Remember that, and make every action you make be selfless and with reason. A reason for freedom of all the planet. I know I was the last person who expected myself to lead this fight, and I hope you all have forgiven me for what I have done in the past. Today I against not only our enemies, but for what I've been up till now. I fight for all of you, and your children, and you children's children. Let them be raised up in a world free of the Doctor. Let them be raised in a world free from tryanny!

Tails jumped through the hole and looked wildly about, and saw a figure standing near two dead bodies. The wolf looked at the fox who entered. Tails stood tall.

Let's do this. For Family! For Friends! For Freedom! CHARGE!

"Moonshot, I presume?" Tails challenged.

Tails Nodded slowly. "I'm here because of your sister." He guessed. They could be cousin's, but he didn't exactly care right now. "If it means a challenge, then I have no choice. I'm going to take you out so that Moonshock and the team can go on as planned. You're hindering us from bringing Kairi back to life!"

((Hmm.... Bullet met Kairi before she died.))

"How could you say that?" Tails asked. "Do you have no heart?" He kept going, but he stopped when he thought of Eggman. This wolf here would seem ed to be no different. He sighed. "I guess.... I guess sometimes you just have to fight." He whispered to himself. Tails had knocked out guards and trashed robots, but this impending battle seemed like it might take things up a notch, which he had never done. While he was thinking, he set his brain on multi-task, eying the room. If he could get Moonshot out of here for just a moment, It might help out Moonshot. He grabbed his arm near his watch. "I'm going to have to ask you to leave the room. Now." He warned.

"And your no better? The darker side to another half. You're not even a true person." Tails retaliated. "I'm sure that Bullet would agree as well." Tails had finally put it all together. Bullet hiding in the night from the moon, protecting in the shroud of darkness. As the faced off, Tails smirked. "I'm getting in your way now." He pointed the watch at one of the back-up generators and pressed a button. He knew reprecutions would be a battle in the room and hallway, but a short fire EMP at the generator caused the generator to fail, darkening the room to merely a slight glow as the station went on it's back up Emerald Energy, only enough to keep the lights on now.

Tails smirked. "Your hand is busted..." He pointed out, referring to the damaged hand that Knuckles broke some time ago. Without medical attention, it was healing haphaardly, and tails could see from where he was that it was going to hinder the battle in more of his favor.

Where Haden and Moonshock were, the electricity in the room returned to normal just as fast as it had changed before. The current when steady in Moonshock as the lights dimmed around them.

Tails got into a ready position, beckoning Moonshot to attack first. A certain phrase wandered into his mind from long ago when he first met Sonic. He had a wild smirk on his face now as he muttered the phrase, "I'm waiting!"

Tails stood at ready while Moonshot charged, then flipped open his watch and pressed down on it. As Moonshot charged, he suddenly hit an invisible wall full force, and his ears rang as he hit the floor. Tails smirked. The Wolf's ears could hear a din like no other, the sound felt like he should claw his ears out. Over the din, he heard, "Wall of Sound. Neat, huh?" The kitsune kept talking, but he could no longer be heard over the ringing in the wolf's ears.

((ZOMGNOWAI!))

Tails smirked as his ears folded over to cut out any stray sirens may come his way. He kept the maniac wolf at bay as he moved toward Moonshock, subsequently making him back off as he did so. He kept pushing Moonshock, who had to scramble to keep away from the painful wall of sound, towards the way he came in. Tails stopped when he had finally pushed the wolf into the hole that he had come in through. "Good." He smirked, the wall disappeared, but the sound lingered and the ringing just wouldn't go away. Tails brought out what looked like a golden ring. "Get outta here before I do something drastic!" He said, holding up the ring.
