Raine heard him and nodded, simply brushing the matter aside. She suspected that he was off on the other side of the forest somewhere, simply tapping into her thoughts. This, however, was not the case...
Darting away from the two Veronica ducked behind a rather thick tree, peering around the corner. "What business would she have in the forest?" She whispered lowly to herself, completely astonished she would come into the forest alone.. but then again, Shiero didn't know whse had 'teamed up' with Durimiros... now did she?

The mist continued to spread, slowly growing thicker as Veronica got closer. The forest seemed to quiet as creatures darted away.

Turning around the tree Veronica was hiding behind, Raine came face to face with the Vampire. "..Hunting, are we?" She smirked, withdrawing her blade and slashing it down at her vertically.
With her sythe ready in hand, Veronica blocked the blade and countered it. Quick with her hand-work, she twirled her sythe, controlling the blade Raine had at hand and quikly slashing at her abdomen with a horizontal cut.

The mist continued to thicken untill almost nothing was visable. The lights of the forest seemed to disappear, and the only light that shne through was as weak as moonlight, even though it was the middle of the day. It was even hard for Raine to see Veronica, who was directly in front of her. Suddenly Raine heard a sort of gurgling noise behind her, as if something was bubbling out of a small hole.

The sound of the weapons crashing were not heard anymore.. Whipping around to see what the noise was, Raine's eyes stared frantically through the thick mist. As hard as she tried, she could not se anything. She could only hear the odd sounds comng from.. well, not infront of her.
Veronica too, was completely entraced in something else. Raine was no longer there.. only... fog. She couldn't even see her feet. The sounds of crows circling above her were heard. Other then that, everything was silent

The mist seemed to clear a little, some distance from Raine, to reveal a familar black-clad figure. Something was wrong, however. A sword was sticking straight out of Durithill's chest and blood was begining to pool around him.

Squinting to try and make out the character in the distance, Raine soon realized whom it was. Taking a step back, completely and utterely appauled, Shiero called his name weakly. "Duri--" Only then, did her heart begin to pound within her chest at a heavy rate. Her intake of air was increasing in speed as she stood for a few moments before taking off towards the figure. "DURITHILL!" She screamed his name, her voice full of agony...
The mist began to clear and she was now able to see her feet and the birds circling around her overhead. She began to make out the shapes and her surroundings, her hands trembling, recognizing where she was. As she took each step, her footsteps seemed to echo through the empty, wide spread of bare ground. Random tombstones were scattered amongst the earth, but only one, caught her eye, causing her to take a step back.

A hopeless sigh past Elva's lips as she gazed back towards the shadow in front of her. A confused expression rushed to her face as she continuely tried to make out what it had said earlier. Nothing came to mind, and Violent found it best just to drop the situation entirely. The first thing she needed to do was find her sister, and Durithill of course. But where were they? Suddenly, a chill carried through Elva's spine as she quickly darted her eyes towards the sky, where a small pit of mist began to rise. Elva tilted her head to the right as she slowly began to walk towards it, an eyebrow raised as she softly began to sing the lullaby once again;
"We are not together here. Though we lie entwined to make room for the other presence we both draw back in our minds I have a prophecy threatening to spill into words-"
"Shiero!" Elva screamed as her sister's voice bellowing words reached her ears. With that, she began to run as fast as she could, not turning back. Tree branches from around scratch her across her face as she continued to run, not even caring what happened to her. Deep in her mind, screamed the words of her sister that had caused her to run. DURITHILL! She had screamed. A worried expression fell down upon her lip as she wondered to herself. What happened to him...?

The Durithill laying on the ground struggled and began to rise. With a grunt he pulled the sword from his chest, causing a sickening noise and more blood to pour from the wound.

Falling to her knees, Raine cried in agony. "NO!" She screamed, tears rolling down her cheeks continuously. "No, you--" She didn't know what she could do..
Standing infront of her was a single tomb. It was not the graveyard she was afraid of, nor was it the darkness surrounding her. It was the name on the tomb that would trouble her. Taking a step back, the inscription read her youngest sister's name. "...."

"No I what?" Durithill said, his voice cold. "Just go away." he said, turning and begining to walk away, leaving pools of bloody with each step.

Elva continued to run, not looking back, pushing through trees that blocked her path. She bagan to pant as her breath became short. She wasn't even sure if the shadow that she had met had continued to follow her. She didn't care at moment, all she cared about was her sister. Why had she screamed? What happened to Durtihill? What was going on?
As she ran, the mist from above became viewable with her own eyes. It began to surround her. Then, everything went completely black. It was as though it were nightime... with no moon shining. Elva stopped in her tracks, as she quickly rotated her body from left to right, then in a complete circle. Her breath stayed the same as she began to panic. Then, she heard her sister's scream. Her eyes widen as she wonder what was going on. But how, the darkness was heavy. Finding them would be impossible....

"Duri--" She began to call his name, only to stop herself half way through. Her palms fell flat to the earth below her as the salty tears began to intensify. "NO!" She screamed again. "Who the hell are you!?"
"...No." She whispered calmly. "She... isn't..." Dropping down to her knees, Veronica allowed her thumb to dust the dirt blown onto the tombstone away from the engraved name. "She's... too young.."

"Can't you tell Raine?" Durithill said, turning to look at her. "Who else would I be?" he said, leaving pools of blood as he limped away. "Just leave me to die, you've caused enough trouble."

Robin frantically looked around her. Where was everyone, and everything? Everything was black... Nothing could be seem, except a glowing mist. Robin cautiously walked towards it. That was where Raine's scream had come from and she needed to find them. What's happening to them... her paced quickened. Closing her eyes for a split second, she was suddenly deep within the mist. She tried to stay calm, but it was hard.
Robin felt for her Chakram's. Good, she still had them. She didn't move any farther, and wasn't going to for a while. She was pondering on how to find her new companions, when suddenly she noticed the small glow coming from her harp. ' I hope this works..I've only got one chance.' She spoke to herself as she took the harp from its holder upon her back. She swallowed hard, then gentilly began to play. A different melody from the one before, it was stronger this time. The song seemed to have a strange effect on the mist, breaking two paths. She looked at both of them. The one stretched quite far and the other seemed to be shorter. Faintly she could see the outline of a two figures at the end of the long one. Raine.. Durithill.. She didn't bother looking down the other before she sprinted towards the figures. Maybe she should have, for evil lurked at the end of it.
