"Noooo...I mean, it wasnt like that...he was trying to make me feel better...cuzof me kissing Harbird...and I asked him if I could when birdy came in the room...just so birdy wouldnt think I kissed him cuz I liked him...cuz he doesnt like me that way...and I didnt want his pity...I couldnt stand that....so when birdy came in I did...kiss Jesse I mean...and later Jesse called me beautiful..and said I was a good kisser....but I know I cant like him that way...."

"Well then my only advice on what to do with Jesse is to let him down easy.... cause I mean, if you don't like him, like as a boyfriend, then ya don't... and there's not really anything you can do to change that....." she paused a moment before continuing "and as for Harbird.... I dunno... honestly, he doesn't sound to me like he'd be worth going after.... but I dunno... in the end, the only one that can decide is you...."

Akki sighed deeply. "I know you're right...but I cant help the way I feel...I thought about moving out of the bookstore, but Ric would wanna know why...and I cant tell him, but its hard seeing Xil and birdy together....if I go out more, and dont see them...Larry would keep me company..."

Lena smiled and nodded as she said "Exactly.... if you have someone to keep you company... Lawrence.... and you're not at the bookstore all the time.... it won't really matter.... plus you do have other friends that you could come hang out with to, ya know..."

Lena smiled to Akki as she said, excitedly "That's great! I'm very happy for you...." she stood from her seat as she continued "what say we head on over to the fallen star.... I should've already gone... but I decided to be lazy and stay in late..... the party should still be going on.... but I dunno... it's probably dead..." she let out a nervous laugh and gestured to the door.

Standing up, Akki hugged Lena and followed her to the door. "Ummm....maybe I'll come later, but Lawrence said he might stop by the bookstore...and..." Akki blushed as she hurried out the door. "Thank you Lena, I feel much better now."

Lena smiled to her friend and called to her as she walked away "No problem Akki.... I'm always here for ya if you need to talk..." she then grabbed up her bag and started toward the fallen star.

Mikey slowly opened the front door and as he walked through, left it open for Quinn to follow. He opened up the door to his room and walked in, he waited for Quinn to enter before pointing out which door lead to the bathroom and saying "Lena stays upstairs.... the only other room downstairs is the kitchen... and you're free to anything in there....."

Quinn entered nervously, following Mikey still. He nodded slightly, then looked around, smiling slightly. "I....can't thank you enough for this...." he mumbled.

Mikey dropped his bag on the floor near the door, and smiled to Quinn before walking over to the closet and pulling out a sleeping bag and extra pillow, as he did, he said "it's really no trouble.... and, you can take the bed..." he then dropped the sleeping bag and pillow at the foot of the bed.

"B-but..." he blinked at Mikey, nervously rubbing at his arm. "I can't...." he mumbled, looking at Mikey though he was trying not to. Calm, calm. Stay calm. He told himself while trying to contain a shiver. He felt odd right then, and he didn't know why.

Mikey raised an eyebrow, noticing Quinn's jitteryness. He bit his lip as he thought for a moment before moving foward and kissing Quinn softly on the lips, as he did he thought to himself "he's either gonna kiss me back or hit me.... but at least I'll know if I'm right or not..."

Quinn froze for a moment, his eyes immediatly going closed. DO something! He thought. He reached up and loosly grabbed Mikey's shirt, kissing him back. But....he was with that guy.....

Mikey grinned slightly as he felt Quinn return the kiss, he placed his hand at the back of Quinn's neck pulling him closer as he continued the kiss.
((and now I must go..... but... I shall be on tomorrow.... ^_^ ))
