I said banshees..... not scorpions.

All the scorpions up to the new ones look like crap.
3rd edition = Ratfaced squatting to crap.

BANSHEES in 3rd edition look good.
NOT SCORPIONS!

On a separate note, after browsing through a rule book recently I found something out!

Wraithlords, by 4th edition rules count as monstrous creatures! surprised
And I had no clue.. but a witchblade counts as having tripled the wielders strength.
Doesn't matter considering it wounds on a 2+ no matter what...
However, that makes one HUGE difference against vehicles.
S9 in CC against a vehicle?
eek
Granted the user HAS to be psychic in order to get any use from it aside from. Har har! It's a sword!

Still, I thought that was groovy.

EDIT:

Current and soon to be obselete Third edition Banshees that have way better helmets than the new ones.

Oh and for whomever said that the strikings scorps where in uninteresting positions, maybe they will create some direct services scorps being all martial. ninja

Uh, the third edition ones (i think thats the ones i bought) looked like they were trying to take a s**t, each one was in some goofy a** pose where they were sqauting all the way to the ground with their swords above their heads. I like the new ones better.
Nope, must be 2nd ed.

This was the original thought, he was reacting to your comment on uninteresting positions.

I think. Either way, we got it covered now.

OH! Than that was total confusion on both sides, because I was talkinga bout the new scorpions in my initial post.

Third edition Banshees look so much better.
sad

Eldar had a rather great model range before they updated them. They should have just added up some new poses.

Indeed, that was it, I shouldve specified....

And unless I missed it, seems Im alone on liking the new models coming out, unless all of you are reffering to third and Im misinterpreting...

I like the new model range.

The Scorpions are fine, although the reason for giving them dreadlocks is beyond me.. I think the new Dark Reapers look exceptional.

I don't love em. Actually I am getting some 3rd edition banshees before they go off the shelves.

I prefer the 2nd edition Banshees to the "NEW" ones. The "NEW" ones just look to similar to the normal 'core' troops.

Wait.. how many editions of banshees are there? Only 3 now?

Becuase the previous ones I dislike.. and the new ones I dislike.. they look like somone glued a plume to a guardian helmet.

I am getting a unit of the CURRENT basnshees.

If you look at the new range of Eldar Aspect Warriors, you'll see they've been generalised a hell of a lot.

They all now resemble Guardians, instead of being individual in their armour.
